Գուցե, ինչ-որ խնդիրներ լավ չեմ լուծել, ենթադրում եմ՝ կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված, այս պահին հստակ չէ՝ ՊՆ որ ոլորտներն եմ համակարգելու․ Արման Սարգսյանը՝ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից ազատման ու նոր պաշտոնի մասին

Ես շուրջ 25 տարի ծառայել եմ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում և հարցազրույցներից մեկում էլ պնդել եմ, որ ինչ կարգավիճակով էլ լինի, անգամ առանց աշխատանքի կծառայեմ երկրին որպես իրավակարգ քաղաքացի։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՊՆ փոխնախարար, ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետ Արման Սարգսյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից ազատվելուն։

«Ինձ համար որպես սկզբունք դրված չէր, որ եթե ես եղել եմ ոստիկանապետ, չեմ կարող լինել երկրորդ կամ երրորդ դեմք։ Միգուցե դա շատերի համար ընկալվի այլ կերպ, բայց ես դրանում որևէ խնդիր չեմ տեսնում, որովհետև առավել ևս այս փուլում՝ հետպատերազմյան շրջանում ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ ու պատասխանատվություն է ծառայել ՊՆ-ում»,-ասաց նա։

Հարցին՝ այնուամենայնիվ իրեն հայտնի չե՞ն պաշտոնից ազատման պատճառները, Սարգսյանն  արձագանքեց․ «Միգուցե, ինչ-որ խնդիրներ լավ չեմ լուծել, ենթադրում եմ՝ կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված»։

Հարցին՝ իր համար սպասելի՞ էր, որ ոստիկանապետի պաշտոնից ազատվելուց հետո նոր պաշտոն կստանա, Սարգսյանն արձագանքեց․ «Ես պարզ ասեմ, որ ինձ համար սպասելի է եղել յուրաքանչյուր կարգավիճակով ծառայել հայրենիքին։ Ես վստահեցնում եմ, որ մեծ ներդրում եմ ունեցել այդ ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանության ծառայության կազմման առումով և հույս ունեմ, որ ՊՆ-ում կարողանալու եմ ու անելու եմ ամեն ինչ, որ օգուտ բերեմ պետությանը»,-ասաց նա։

Նա նաև հերքեց տարածվող տեղեկությունները, թե ոստիկանների առաջ խնդիր էր դրված օրական կոնկրետ քանակով մարդկանց տուգանել՝ հակահամաճարակային կանոնները չպահպանելու համար։

Անդրադառնալով Արցախում օրերս վիրավորված զինծառայողի դեպքին՝ ՊՆ նորանշանակ փոխնախարարն ասաց, թե այս պահին քննություն է իրականացվում։ «Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ հակառակորդի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման պատճառով է տեղի ունեցել»։

Նա ՊՆ-ին առնչվող այլ հարցերի չպատասխանեց՝ նշելով, թե այս պահին դեռևս հստակ տեղեկություն չունի, թե որ ոլորտներն են իր կողմից համակարգվելու։ «Ոլորտային կարգավորումները այս պահին դեռ տրված չեն։ Ընդհանուր ծանոթանում եմ ՊՆ այն խնդիրներին, որոնք իմ ծառայության բերումով կարող եմ ճիշտ ընկալել և արդյունավետ աշխատել»,-ասաց Սարգսյանը։
