«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայկական դրամը շարունակում է արժեզրկվել, արտարժույթն էլ կրկին թանկանում է. վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում դոլարի վաճառքի գինը բարձրացել է նվազագույնը 1,5, եվրոյինը՝ 2, ռուսական ռուբլունը՝ 1,27 դրամով։

Երեկ բանկերում ամերիկյան դոլար կարելի էր ձեռք բերել նվազագույնը 527 դրամով, եվրոյի գինը 648 եւ ավելի է, ռուսական ռուբլու սահմանված նվազագույն փոխարժեքը 7,27 է: Նոյեմբերի սկզբին՝ մինչ պատերազմի ավարտը, դոլար կարելի էր գնել 495 դրամով։ Այսպիսով, հետպատերազմյան այս շրջանում դոլարը թանկացել է նվազագույնը 32 դրամով՝ շուրջ 6,47 տոկոսով։

Տնտեսագիտական հանրությունը դոլարի կտրուկ թանկացումը պայմանավորեց քաղաքացիների շրջանում ապագայի հանդեպ սպասելիքների պակասով, մարդիկ իրենց դրամային խնայողությունները դոլարի էին վերածում։ Դեկտեմբերին խանութներում պարենային մի շարք ապրանքների գնաճ նկատվեց, տնտեսագետները պատճառներից մեկը հենց դրամի արժեզրկումն էին համարում։

Կենտրոնական բանկը հայտարարեց՝ մեկ տոկոսով բարձրացնում է վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը՝ սահմանելով 5,25 տոկոս, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Կենտրոնական բանկից ավելի բարձր գնով են միջոցներ փոխառվում. այս տոկոսադրույքի բարձրացումը գնաճի տեմպերը մեղմելու գործիք է։

Գնաճի միտումները շարունակվում են նաեւ 2021 թվականին։ Կառավարությունն էլ ընդգծում է՝ գրանցված գնաճն ավելի ցածր է եղել, քան տարածաշրջանի երկրներում՝ Ռուսաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Բելառուսում, Վրաստանում, Թուրքիայում եւ Իրանում։
