Ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերի և ռազմական ոստիկանության ուղեկցությամբ Արցախ է վերադարձել ընդհանուր առմամբ 49 հազար 461 մարդ, որոնք ավելի վաղ լքել էին իրենց բնակավայրերը մարտական գործողությունների պատճառով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին հայտնում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքը;
«Ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը շարունակում է իրականացնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում կրակի և ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման վերաբերյալ համաձայնությունների կյանքի կոչման վերահսկողությունը: Հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտում չի գրանցվել: Խաղաղապահ առաքելությունն ապահովել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ փախստականների ապահով վերադարձը: Այսօրվա դրությամբ արդեն վերադարձել է 49 հազար 461 մարդ»,- նշել է Խաղաղապահ առաքելության կենտրոնի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Դմիտրի Պերեպելկինը:
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի հրամանագրով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայվել է ռուսաստանյան խաղաղապահների զորակազմը: Զորակազմի հիմքը կազմում է Կենտրոնական ռազմական շրջանի 15-րդ առանձին մոտոհրաձգային բրիգադը։ Խաղաղապահների հրամանատարն է գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովը։
