Շուռնուխում տեղահանված տների գյուղացիները վերևի թաղամասում են ապրում, իրենք իրենց առօրյա գործին են՝ ամբողջ ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրած անասունի վրա, այս պահին եղանակը լավ է, պետք է անասունը դրսում արածեր, բայց բանտարկած են պահում, որ դուրս չգա, չիջնի գետը, ջուր խմի, չանցնի թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող մեր տարածքներ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Շուռնուխի համայնքապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանը:

Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ թշնամուն գյուղից անցած տարածքներում որևէ շարժ չկա, նոր բնակիչներ չկան, այնտեղ ընդամենը իրենց սահմանապահ զորքն է՝ վրաններով:

«Տեղահանվածների մի մասը, որոնց տները անցել են թշնամու,ն գյուղում են ապրում՝ վերևի թաղամասերում, մի մասն էլ ժամանակավոր տեղափոխվել է Գորիս և Կապան», - ասաց Շուռնուխի համայնքապետը:

Հարցին՝ խոսվում էր՝ տեղահանված գյուղացիների համար պետք է տներ կառուցեն, ի՞նչ փուլում են աշխատանքները, Հակոբ Արշակյանն ասաց. «Երկուշաբթի օրն արդեն կգան, և բարերարներն իրենց կողմից պետք է մի թաղամաս սարքեն, և կառավարության կողմից հանձնաժողովը պետք է գա, արդեն տեղը որոշված է, ընտրված է, որ աշխատանքները սկսեն»:

Հարցին էլ՝ ի՞նչ տրամադրվածություն ունեն մարդիկ, հարմարվե՞լ են նոր իրավիճակին, նա ասաց. «Որ չհարմարվեն, կոպիտ ասած, ի՞նչ պետք է անեն: Հիմա տնից հանել են մարդուն, բա տուն պետք է տան, փոխհատուցում պետք է տան, մի բան պետք է արվի, որ այդ մարդն իր ապագան կարողանա պատկերացնել, պետք է սարքեն, դա ոնց ուզում են, պետք է անեն»:

Համայնքապետը նշեց, որ հիմա գյուղապետարանը սննդով է օգնում մարդկանց և ոչ միայն տեղահանվածներին, մարզպետարանից էլ երկու տնակ են տվել, որ երկու ընտանիք կարողանա բնակվել ժամանակավոր, մինչև տուն կառուցվի:

«Գյուղում խուճապ չկա, մեր ժողովուրդը խուճապի մատնվող չի, ուղղակի վատ են զգում, որ իրենց պատուհանից նայում են, թուրքին են տեսնում»,- ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է գյուղացիների զինվելուն, որ պաշտպանեն իրենց, Արշակյանն ասաց. «Այնպես չէ, որ գյուղացին զինված չէ, զինված է, գյուղացին ամեն պահ ինքն իր անվտանգությունը փորձելու է ապահովել, օգտագործելու է իր զենքը թուրքի դեմ, հաստատ անելու է, այնպես չէ, որ խեղճ ժողովուրդ է»:

Նա հավելեց, որ թշնամին ոչ մի քայլ չի անում. «Իրենք իրենց համար սսկված՝ իրենց հատկացված տարածքում են: Ռուս սահմանապահներ էլ կան՝ իրենց տեխնիկայով, դրանց շարժը մայրուղով, որ կատարվում է, ռուսների ուղեկցությամբ է կտարվում»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի իննին ստորագրած եռակողմ հայտարարությունից հետո թեև Շուռնուխի մասին որևէ կետ չկար այնտեղ, գյուղի մի մասն անցել է Ադրբեջանին, այդ թվում՝ 12 տուն:
