Արարատ Միրզոյանը Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների գործակալ է. Միքայել Մինասյան
INTERVIEWՀայաստանի հանրապետության համար երկու պաշտոնյա Արարատ Միրզոյանը Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունների գործակալ է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակած «Requiem 8. Սփյուռքը և Ցեղասպանությունը» վերտառությամբ տեսանյութում հայտարարել է Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը, հաղորդում է Tert.am-ը։
Միքայել Մինասյանը նախ անդրադառնում է Ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ու Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիրի կառուցմանը, այնուհետև նշում, որ եթե Հայաստանը ջանքեր էր ներդնում Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ուղղությամբ, ապա թշնամի պետությունը պետք է հակաջանքեր դներ:
«Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունները սկսեցին աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ: Մեր այս պատմությունը սկսվում է 2005 թվականից, երբ մի խոստումնալից երիտասարդ, ում հոգին սև էր, իսկ մտքերը՝ պղտոր, բայց ամբիցիաները շատ բարձր, հայտնվում է ԱՄՆ-ում, որտեղ սկսում է ուսումնասիրել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործընթացը ԱՄՆ-ում: Նա հայտնվում է թուրքական հատուկ ծառայությունների տեսադաշտում. Իրար են հանդիպում երկու մարդ՝ թուրք համակարգողը և «խոստումնալից» երիտասարդը: Նա իր հոգին ծախում է թշնամուն, և համաձայնում է գաղտնի տեղեկություններ փոխանցել թուրքերին, թե ինչ է կատարվում Ինստիտուտում, ինչպիսի աշխատանքներ են արվում և այլն»,-ասաց Միքայել Մինասյանը:
Նա հայտնեց, որ կարճ ժամանակ անց այդ նույն երիտասարդը հայտնվում է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում, ԱԱԾ-ն ֆիքսում է երիտասարդի ու Թուրքիայի կոնտակտները և նրան հրավիրում է զրույցի՝ դնելով փաստերն ու ապացույցները. «ԱԱԾ-ում նրան ասում են՝ կամ քեզ պետական դավաճանության համար սպառնում է ազատազրկում, կամ դու պետք է դառնաս մեր գործակալը, և մեզ պատմես, թե ինչ ես պատմում թուրքերին, և նա դառնում է երկակի ագենտ»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է այդ անձին, ապա Միքայել Մինասյանն ասում է, որ ապահովում էին նրա բարեկեցությունն ու կարիերան:
«Ժամանակը գնում էր առաջ և այդ երիտասարդը Թուրքիայի խորհրդով սկսում է համագործակցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ և դառնում նրա թիմի կարկառուն ներկայացուցիչ: Ժամանակը գնաց և թուրքերն ու ադրբեջանցիները ՀՀ-ում կազմակերպեցին հեղաշրջում և ՀՀ վարչապետ դարձավ այն թյուրիմացությունը, մարդասպանը, դավաճանը, որը այսօր դեռ, ցավոք, ՀՀ վարչապետ է, իսկ մեր «հերոսը» դարձավ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ, այո, որովհետև երիտասարդը, որի մասին ես խոսում եմ, Արարատ Միրզոյանն է»,-ասաց Միքայել Մինասյանը:
Որպես իր ասածի ապացույց՝ Միքայել Մինասյանը ներկայացրեց Արարատ Միրզոյանի ձեռագիր նամակը, որը գրված էր 2007 թվականին. «Ես այս նամակը կհրապարակեմ նաև Տելեգրամի իմ ալիքում, որպեսզի համեմատեք այս ձեռագիրն Արարատ Միրզոյանինն է, թե ոչ»:
Միքայել Մինասյանը, ընթերցելով այդ նամակը, հայտնեց՝ այնտեղ Միրզոյանը գրել է, որ տալիս է իր համաձայնությունը աջակցել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ին:
