Ում հետ կպայմանավորվեն ընդդիմադիրները

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Անկախ դեկտեմբերի 6-ի հանրաքվեի ընթացքից ու արդյունքների լեգիտիմությունից, Հայաստանն այլեւս նոր իրավիճակում է եւ ապրելու է նոր օրակարգով: Այդ օրակարգը պայմանավորված չի լինելու հանրաքվեի արդյունքների բողոքարկմամբ, ընդդիմության մասշտաբային ակցիաներով, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ ընդդիմություն՝ այդ իմաստով, գոյություն չունի: Քաղաքական օրակարգի թիվ մեկ խնդիրը լինելու է նախ՝ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգրքի ընդունումը, որը պետք է ընդունվի ամենաուշը մայիսին՝ ընտրություններից մեկ տարի առաջ:
Իսկ արդեն մայիսից Հայաստանն ամբողջությամբ կթեւակոխի նախընտրական շրջան: Այսօր՝ հատկապես սահմանադրական խայտառակ հանրաքվեից հետո, թվում է, թե իշխանությունն անպարտելի է, եւ ՀՀԿ-ի հաղթանակն առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ապահովված է:
Բայց մեկուկես տարին, առաջին հայացքից՝ կարճ ժամանակահատված թվալով, իրականում բավարար ժամանակ է՝ նոր ընդդիմության ձեւավորման, գործող ուժերի վերադասավորության ու իշխանության դեմ պայքարելու համար: Իրականում իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները չէին սխալվում՝ որպես սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների դրական առաջընթաց ներկայացնելով այն, որ նոր Սահմանադրությունն իշխանափոխության հնարավորություն է տալիս: Այսօր՝ քաղաքական դաշտի ներկայիս ամայության պայմաններում, դա տեսական հնարավորություն է թվում:
Սակայն, կրկնում ենք, եթե ընդիմադիր ուժերը կարողանան «վերաբեռնավորվել» եւ ընտրություններում հանդես գալ իսկապես միասնաբար՝ կուռ դաշինքներով, իշխանության հաղթանակն այնքան երաշխավորված չի լինի, որքան թվում է այսօր: Այլ հարց է, որ դատելով այսօր գործող ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մեծ մասի գործունեությունից ու որակներից՝ դա եւս անհավանական է թվում: Հետեւաբար՝ այդ դերում կարող են հանդես գալ նոր ուժերը կամ այնպիսիք, որոնք այսօրվա «հարթակային ընդդիմության» ֆոնին մի տեսակ երկրորդական պլան են մղվել:
Համենայնդեպս, այն պայմաններում, որում այսօր ապրում է Հայաստանը, եւ այն ոչ դրական սպասումները, որ այսօր արդեն առկա են՝ սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի առումով, միանգամայն պարարտ հող են ընդդիմության համար: Կկարողանա՞ն ընդդիմադիրներն օգտագործել այդ հնարավորությունը, թե՞ կգերադասեն պայմանավորվել ոչ թե իրար հետ՝ դաշինքներ կազմելու համար, այլ իշխանության հետ՝ խորհրդարանում հայտնվելու նպատակով, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Դառը փորձը, իհարկե, հուշում է, որ երկրորդ տարբերակն ավելի հավանական է»:
