«Օրենքով գողեր» Գող Ալոյի և Արսեն Երևանսկու «շնորհիվ» 30-ամյա քննիչի կոչումը բարձրացվել է. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ քրեական ենթամշակույթի դեմ անխոնջ պայքար մղած կամ, այսպես ասած, «օրենքով գողերի» գործը քննած ՀԿԳ քննիչ Մարգարյանին պարգեւատրել են:

Տեղեկացանք, որ 30 տարեկան երիտասարդ քննիչին գնդապետի կոչում են տվել «օրենքով գողերի» հետ կապված աշխատանքի համար: Իսկ ո՞ւմ գործն է քննել 30-ամյա նորաթուխ գնդապետը: Նա քննել է «օրենքով գող» Արսեն Մկրտչյանի՝ Արսեն Երեւանսկու վերաբերյալ հարուցված քրեական գործը: Գնդապետի կոչումը Մարգարյանը ստացել է նաեւ Գող Ալոյի՝ Ալեքսանդր Մակարյանի գործը քննելու համար:

Իսկ ի՞նչ էին արել «օրենքով գողերը». քննիչները պարզել են երկարաշունչ բովանդակությամբ հետեւյալ հանցանքը. «օրենքով գողի»՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձի եւ «զոն նայող» հանդիսացող քրեական հեղինակության՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձանց կողմից քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում ղեկավարելու, տարբեր անձանց կողմից այդ խմբավորումներին մասնակցելու եւ «օրենքով գողի»՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձին՝ իր անօրինական ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով մասնավոր խնդրին վերաբերող վեճը լուծելու համար քաղաքացիներ են դիմել նրանց: Այս գործով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատուկ կարեւորության գործերով քննության վարչությունում նախաքննության ավարտ է հայտարարվել: Ասել է թե՝ «օրենքով գողեր» Գող Ալոյի եւ Արսեն Երեւանսկու գործերը քննած փոխգնդապետ քննիչին փոխահատուցել են գնդապետի կոչումով:
