Արցախում, մասնավորապես Շուշիում դեռևս պահպանված թանգարանային ցուցանմուշները փրկելու և տարհանելու համար նոյեմբերի 26-ին պաշտոնական գրությամբ դիմել էի ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ Արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին՝ խնդրելով օգնել Արցախում խաղաղապահական գործունեություն իրականցնող զորքերի ղեկավար գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուսամ Մուրադովի միջնորդությամբ և ադրբեջանական կողմի համաձայնությամբ՝ փոքրաթիվ օպերատիվ խմբով Շուշի մուտք գործելու թույլատվություն ձեռքբերել, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի տարհանել կամ գոնե տեղում տեսանկարահանել Շուշիի 4 պետական և 2 մասնավոր թանգարանների ցուցանմուշները (իրավական առումով սա մեզ ապագայում պետք է գալու՝ ապացուցելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից ևս մեկ հնարավոր ռազմական հանցագործության փաստը)։
Ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն իր հերթական քննարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ կարևորել էր Արցախում Ադրբեջանի տիրապետության տակ անցած տարածքներում պատմամշակութային հուշարձանների պահպանությունը, ինչպես նաև տեղեկացրել, որ խոսել է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ազուլեի հետ, ով հայտարարել էր, որ մոտ ժամանակներս հատուկ առաքելությամբ խումբ է պատրաստվում ուղարկել Արցախ՝ տեղում գնահատելու բոլոր պատմական վայրերի ու մշակութային արժեքների վնասման ծավալները, դրանց վերականգնման հնարավորությունը և պահպանման հարցը։
Ասել կուզեմ՝ ՌԴ պաշտոնական և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի ղեկավարության մակարդակով արվել են շատ հստակ հայտարարություններ․ ի՞նչ է անում մեր կառավարությունը՝ պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը ադրբեջանցիների հանցագործ ձեռքերից փրկելու համար։
Հ․Գ․ Շուշիում թշնամու վերահսկողության տակ են անցել պատմության և մշակույթի 197 հուշարձան (158 միավոր), Կերպարվեստի թանգարանի մոտ 800 գեղանկարներ, գրաֆիկական աշխատանքներ, քանդակներ, Շուշիի երկրաբանության թանգարանի 700–ից ավելի նմուշներ, ընդ որում, երկրաբանության թանգարանում ներկայացված էին ինչպես Արցախի տարածքում հայտնաբերված օգտակար հանածոներ, այնպես էլ` երկրաբանական առումով հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող համաշխարհային նմուշներ։
