ՌԴ քննչական կոմիտեն պարզել է՝ ովքեր են սպանել Յապոնչիկին

«Օրենքով գող» Վյաչեսլավ Իվանկովի (Յապոնչիկ) սպանությանը ներգրավված երկու անձինք, որոնց ինքնությունը պարզվել է, հեռակա կարգով ձերբակալվել են դատարանի կողմից: Ինչպես հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացրել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունը, Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ գլխավոր վարչության քրեական հետաքննության հետ համագործակցության միջոցով, պարզել են Վյաչեսլավ Իվանկովի, ավելի հայտնի՝ որպես օրենքով գող Յապոնչիկ, սպանության հեղինակներին: Նրանք են Աբխազիայի Հանրապետության և ՌԴ երկքաղաքացիներ Աստամուռ Բուտբան և Նուգզառ Պապավան», - ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Ըստ ՔԿ հաղորդագրության՝ սպանությունից հետո Բուտբան և Պապավան Ռուսաստանից մեկնել են Աբխազիա: Նրանց հեռակա մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում սպանություն կատարելու և ապօրինի զենք պահելու համար, նրանց նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է միջազգային հետախուզում:
«Քննիչի միջնորդության հիման վրա Բուտբան և Պապավան հեռակա կարգով ձերբակալվել են դատարանի կողմից: Ներկայում իրավասու մարմինների օժանդակությամբ մշակվում է նրանց՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանն արտահանձնման հարցը», - հստակեցրել են գերատեսչությունից:
Հետաքննության տվյալների համաձայն, հենց Բուտբան է 2009-ի հուլիսին բեռնատարի հետնամասից, դիպուկահար հրացան օգտագործելով, կրակել Իվանկովի վրա, որն այդ պահին դուրս էր գալիս մոսկովյան ռեստորանից: Այդ ժամանակ Պապավան գողացված մեքենայով ևս դեպքի վայրում է եղել:
«Նա թաքցրել է մարդասպանի նահանջը և ցանկացած պահի պատրաստ է եղել Կալաշնիկովի ինքնաձիգից կրակ սկսել նրան հետապնդողների ուղղությամբ», - բացատրել են ՔԿ-ից:
Հիշեցնենք՝ Իվանկովը սպանվել է 2009 թվականի հուլիսի 28-ի երեկոյան: Սպանության հիմնական դրդապատճառը, ըստ քննչական կոմիտեի, հանցագործության կազմակերպիչ, օրենքով գող Իլյա Սիմոնիայի (Մախո) անձնական հակակրանքն էր նրա նկատմամբ: Վերջիններիս միջև կոնֆլիկտը սկսվել էր դեռ 80-ականներին, երբ նրանք պատիժ էին կրում Իրկուտսկի շրջանի գաղութում:
