Հայաստանը չի՞ կատարում կարևոր համաձայնագրի կետերը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ-ում ՄԱԿ-ի «Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին» շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի պահանջների ու դրույթների համակարգումն իրականացվել է միջգերատեսչական համակարգման խորհրդի կողմից։
Սակայն «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ ավելի քան մեկ տարի է, ինչ այն չի գործում, եւ սա այն դեպքում, երբ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին աշխարհի առաջնորդներն ընդունել են կլիմայի փոփոխության նոր` Փարիզյան համաձայնագիրը, որով որոշվել է զսպել գլոբալ ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացումը 2 աստիճան Ցելսիուսի սահմաններում` ձգտելով չգերազանցել 1.5 աստիճանը: Հայաստանը եւս ստորագրել է կլիմայի վերաբերյալ Փարիզյան համաձայնագիրը` պարտավորվելով մասնավորապես 35 տարվա ընթացքում ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումները սահմանափակել 633 մլն տոննայի սահմաններում։
Ավելին, «Կանաչ կիլմայի հիմնադրամ»-ից տարածաշրջանում Հայաստանն առաջինն է ստացել դրամաշնորհ` 20 մլն դոլլարի չափով: Ավելին, ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների կրճատման աշխատանքները պետք է մեկնարկեին 2020 թվականից։ Հայաստանը կլիմայի փոփոխության շրջանակներում նաեւ պարտավորվել է անտառապատ տարածքներն ավելացնել մինչեւ 265 հազար հեկտարով:
Մինչեւ 2030 թվականը պետք է երկրները ներկայացնեն, թե վերցրած պարտավորություններից որքանն են իրականացրել: Արդյոք Հայաստանը կիրականացնի ստանձնած պարտավորությունը՝ ցույց կտա ժամանակը։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ խորհրդի չգործելու պատճառը ՀՀ կառավարության կազմի եւ կառուցվածքի փոփոխությունն է: Առաջիկայում խորհրդի կազմը կձեւավորվի, որի նախագահի իրավասությունը կվերապահվի ՀՀ փոխվարչապետին։ Չմոռանանք՝ առաջիկայում արտահերթ ընտրություններ են, եւ փոփոխություններն անխուսափելի են։
