Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը, ով մայիսի 8-ին մարտի 1-ի դատավարությանը հայտարարեց, որ որևէ մեկը Շուշիի ազատագրման համար այստեղ նստած չի, այսօր հունից ելավ իրեն «Շուշին հանձնող» կոչելուց հետո։

Վստահ եմ, որ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը լավ հասկանում է, որ որևէ մեկը իրեն ուղիղ մտքով Շուշին հանձնող չի դիտարկում, քանի որ թե ուղիղ կատարողներն են հայտնի, թե պրոցեսները, որոնք հանգեցրեցին դրան։  Բայց նաև շատ լավ գիտակցում է, որ սատարելով այն իշխանությանը, որը հանձնեց Շուշին և Հադրութը, նրանց հետ հավասար կիսում է մեղքը։ Շատ լավ հասկանում է, որ երկուսուկես տարի Շուշին հանձնողների հրահանգով Շուշին ազատագրող գեներալների և Արցախի նախագահի մեղադրանքը պաշտպանելով, նպաստում էր Շուշիի հանձնմանը։

Իհարկե, այսօր Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը չի ուզում, որ իրեն դասեն Շուշին հանձնողների շարքին։ Ոչ ոք դա չի ուզում, բայց Փաշինյանի հրահանգները կատարող դատախազը պետք է գիտակցի, որ անմասն չէ այդ հրեշավոր պլանից։ Գիտակցաբար, թե՝ ոչ, դա արդեն կարևոր չէ։ Բայց նա ունի ընտրություն և հենց իր ձեռքում է չհամարվել «Շուշին հանձնող»։ Որքան էլ դատախազը հերքի, միևնույն է՝ նա կատարել և շարունակում է կատարել պատերազմ հրահրած, Շուշին և Հադրութը հանձնած, հինգ հազարից ավելի զոհի և տասնյակ հազարավոր վիրավորների համար մեղավորների հրահանգներն ու ցուցումները։

Կամ դու շարունակում ես նվիրված ծառայել երկիրդ խայտառակ պարտության հասցնողին և նրա հետ համապարտ կիսում ես պետականության կորստի ու զոհերի պատասխանատվությունը, կամ ի վերջո դադարում ես կամակատար լինելուց։ Վաղն արդեն որևէ հերքում կամ արդարացում արժեք չի ունենալու։ Իսկ այդ վաղը շատ արագ է գալու. ուղղակի զարմանում ես, թե ոմանք ինչպես չեն դա հասկանում։

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Շուշիին, ապա այս քաղաքը իսկապես միստիկ բան ունի իր մեջ.

Դատվողները՝ Ռ.  Քոչարյանը, Ս. Օհանյանը, Յու. Խաչատուրովը ազատագրել են Շուշին, բայց Շուշիի հետ կապված երբեք թույլ չեն տվել պոռոտախոսություն և քայլեր, որոնք  անիմաստ լարվածության կբերեն։ Այս մարդիկ միշտ հասկացել են Շուշիի լրջությունը և Շուշիի միստիկան։ Նրանք, ովքեր Շուշիում գորգեր էին փռում ու «Քենդալ Ջեներ» ներշնչվում, նրանք ովքեր Շուշիում ցուցադրական երդմնակալություն  էին անում ու խմած պարում տեսախցիկների առաջ, հայտարարում Արցախի ԱԺ-ն Շուշի տեղափոխելու մասին՝  շատ հեշտ հանձնեցին քաղաքը ու կարծես թե՝ չեն էլ հասկանում արածի ողբերգականության ծավալը։

Եթե պատեհ առիթ լինի և  դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանին հետաքրքրի, թե երբ Շուշին կրկին մերը կլինի, պետք է պարզ բացատրել՝ երբ ավելի լուրջ պետություն կլինենք ու դատախազները պատվերով  հերոսներ չեն դատի։
