ՀՀ ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Ճանապարհային երթեւեկության անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին և կից ներկայացրված օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ կառավարության ներկայացրած օրինագծով առաջարկվում էր փոխել տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական զննության անցկացման պարբերականությունը:

«Տեխնիկական զննության գործընթացի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով առաջարկվում է վերահսկողությունն իրականացնել էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանի և արատորոշման քարտի միջոցով՝ ներկայիս տեխնիկական զննության կտրոնի փոխարեն: Արատորոշման քարտը լրացվում է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով և պահպանվում էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանում, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը վերահսկողություն իրականացնել նաև էլեկտրոնային եղանակով՝ առանց տրանսպորտային միջոցը կանգնեցնելու»,- նշել էր ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների փոխնախարար Արմեն Սիմոնյանը:

Փոխվում է տեխնիկական զննության անցկացման պարբերականությունը: Առաջարկվում էր առաջին տեխնիկական զննությունն անցկացնել թողարկման 4-րդ տարում, մինչև թողարկման 10 տարին՝ 2 տարին մեկ անգամ, իսկ 10 տարվա գործածություն ունեցողներից բարձրերը՝ տարեկան 1 անգամ պարբերականությամբ:

Ուղևորափոխադրումներում ներգրավված մինչև 10 տարվա գործածություն ունեցող տրանսպորտային միջոցները տեխնիկական զննությունը կանցնեն տարին մեկ, իսկ 10-ից բարձրերը՝ տարեկան 2 անգամ պարբերականությամբ:

Օրենսդրական փաթեթը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվեց 83 «կողմ», 24 «դեմ» և 4 «ձեռնպահ» ձայներով:
