Ավտոմեքենաներին այլևս տեխզննման կտրոններ պետք չեն․ ԱԺ-ն որոշեց

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ և վերջնական ընթերցմամբ կողմ է քվեարկել մեքենաների տեխնիկական զննության գործընթացի փոփոխությանը:
Այսուհետև մեքենաների դիմապակու վրա տեխզննման կտրոններ այլևս չեն փակցվի, փոխարենը անհրաժեշտ տվյալները ֆիքսվելու են էլեկտրոնային եղանակով։ Նախագծի մանրամասները նախօրեին ներկայացրել է տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների փոխնախարար Արմեն Սիմոնյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ տեխզննման վերահսկողությունը բարձրացնելու համար այն կիրականացվի տվյալների էլեկտրոնային բազայի և հատուկ քարտի միջոցով ՝ տեխզննման կտրոնի փոխարեն: Քարտը լրացվելու է էլեկտրոնային եղանակով և պահվելում է տվյալների բազայում։ Դա ճանապարհային ոստիկանությանը թույլ կտա մեքենաներն էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ստուգել՝ առանց այն կանգնեցնելու։
Կփոխվի նաև տեխզննման հաճախականությունը։ Առաջին անգամ մեքենան պետք է տեխզննվի արտադրման չորրորդ տարում, հաջորդ 10 տարվա ընթացքում` 2 տարին մեկ անգամ, ապա`տարին մեկ։
Նշենք, որ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության տվյալներով՝ մեկ տարում հանրապետությունում տեղի է ունենում 72-73 հազար վթար, որոնց հետևանքով 2019 թվականին մահացել է 343 մարդ։ Տարբեր գնահատականներով ՝ վթարների մինչև 30 տոկոսը պայմանավորված է մեքենաների անսարքությամբ։
