«Միասնություն» շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
 
«Հայաստանում խնդիրները օրեցօր ավելանում են: Ռազմագերիների և անհետ կորածների, անհասկանալի սահմանազատումների արդյունքում` Ադրբեջանին տրվող տարածքների, Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգության, Արցախի անկախության, տնտեսության և երկրի ընդհանուր կառավարման համակարգում առաջացած ճեղքերը նոր մարտահրավերներ են ստեղծում մեր երկրի համար: Ըստ էության` իշխանությունները տապալվել են նաև արտաքին ճակատում` մասնավորապես չկարողանալով նորմալ բանակցություններ վարել Ադրբեջանի հետ հայկական կողմի համար առաջացած խիստ ցավոտ խնդիրները լուծելու համար:
Այս խնդիրներով զբաղվելու փոխարեն` իշխանությունները զբաղված են նախորդ իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ որոշ դեպքերում սուբյեկտիվ, ընտրողաբար գործեր կարելով` խոսքի ազատության և այլ հիմնարար իրավունքների սահմանափակումներով և հակաիշխանական գործիչների նկատմամբ իրավական, հարկային և տեղեկատվական տեռորով:
Ընդդիմությանն իր հերթին չհաջողվեց առ այսօր կոնսոլիդացնել հասարակության այն հատվածին, որը կարող էր կրկնել 2018 թվականին տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխության, հեղափոխության, հեղաշրջման կամ, անվանեք ինչպես կցանկանաք, աննախադեպ հաջողությունը և լայն հանրային աջակցությամբ հասնել գործող իշխանությունների հրաժարականին:
Այսօր արդեն, ըստ էության, գոյություն ունի հանրային, ժողովրդական մեծ` նոր ուժերի առաջացման, նոր բևեռի ձևավորման պահանջարկ: Գոյություն ունի հանրային մեծ կոնսենսուս այդ հարցի կապակցությամբ, և, թերևս, հազվադեպ է պատահում, որ նոր ուժերի ստեղծման հրամայականը օրակարգ են բերում ոչ թե քաղաքական ուժերը, այլ հասարակության ամենալայն շերտերը: Հանրության հենց այս պահանջի շրջանակներում մենք միասնաբար պետք է ստեղծենք «Նոր ուժերի պլատֆորմը», որը կձևավորի նոր հանրային - քաղաքական օրակարգ, որտեղ կմիավորվեն բոլոր առողջ մտածելակերպով, երկիրը սիրող և արհեստավարժ մարդիկ, ովքեր պատրաստ են մի կողմ դնել իրենց ամբիցիաները և ստեղծել հասարակական - քաղաքական թիմ, որը պատրաստ է իր վրա վերցնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ոտքի կանգնեցնելու և հզորացնելու առաքելությունը՝ անկախ իրենց քաղաքական հայացքներից, նկատառումներից և անձնական նախասիրություններից: Միայն կայուն և հզոր պետությունը կարող է դիմագրավել այն նոր մարտահրավերներին, որոնցում այս պահին ներքաշված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը: Ասեմ ավելին, պատերազմը, ցավոք, դեռ ավարտված չէ, և միայն միասնական ժողովուրդն ու հզոր բանակը կարող են ստիպել մեր թշնամիներին՝ խուսափել մեզ հետ նոր առճակատումներից»:
