Ա. Ի. Ալիխանյանի անվան ազգային լաբորատորիայի Կոսմոլոգիայի և աստղաֆիզիկայի կենտրոնի գիտական խումբը ներգրավված է եվրոպական աստղագիտական ծրագրերից մեկում, որի նպատակն է մեծ ճշգրտությամբ ստուգել ֆիզիկայի ֆունդամենտալ օրենքները: Աշխատանքի արդյունքները անդրադառնում են GPS, ռուսական «Գլոնաս», եվրոպական «Գալիլեո» համակարգերի աշխատանքի վրա, այսինքն՝ ունեն կիրառական, կոմերցիոն նշանակություն: Ա. Ի. Ալիխանյանի անվան ազգային լաբորատորիայի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Վահագն Գուրզադյանը, ով այդ ծրագրի ղեկավար խորհրդի անդամ է, նշեց, որ հիմա պատրաստում են նոր արբանյակ:

«Նոր արբանյակից ստացված արդյունքների ճշգրտությունը կլինի ավելի մեծ: Ասեմ, որ միջազգային համագործակցությունը մեզ համար հիմնական է: Այն նշաձողը, որը դրված է մեր հետազոտություններում, մի կողմից անդրադառնում է գիտական հոդվածներում, որոնք տեղ են գտնում ամենաբարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող գիտական ամսագրերում, մյուս կողմից աշխարհի առաջատար գիտական կենտրոնների հետ համագործակցությունում: Մենք աշխատում ենք այս նշաձողը պահպանել»,-ասաց Վահագն Գուրզադյանը:

Անդրադառնալով միջազգային համագործակցության մեկ այլ ծրագրի՝ Վահագն Գուրզադյանը նշեց, որ առաջարկներ են ներկայացրել նաև ամերիկյան «Արտեմիս» ծրագրին, որի շրջանակներում ամերիկացի տիեզերագնացներն առաջիկա տարիներին պետք է վերադառնան Լուսին: Մինչ այդ, NASA-ն հանդես է եկել առաջարկ-գաղափարներ հավաքագրելու նախաձեռնությամբ, թե ինչպիսի կարևորագույն խնդիրներ պետք է լուծեն տիեզերագնացները վայրէջք կատարելուց հետո: Մասնակցել են ամերիկյան և եվրոպական գիտական կենտրոնները: Հայ գիտնականները նույնպես նախագիծ են ներկայացրել, որտեղ ներկայացվում է, թե ինչ պետք է անեն տիեզերագնացները Լուսնի վրա այն տեխնոլոգիայով, ոըը ստեղծվել է Հայաստանում՝ Ազգային լաբորատորիայում: Առաջարկը հիմա գտնվում է Հյուսթոնում քննարկման փուլում:
