Հայկ Մարությանը տարվա վերջին օրով է 200 շինթույլտվություն ստորագրել. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Երեւանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի անգործության հետեւանքով շինարարական տարբեր ընկերություններ ու, ընդհանրապես, այդ ոլորտի հետ առնչվող անձինք անելանելի վիճակում են հայտնվել։
Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ արդեն մի քանի ամիս է՝ տարբեր ընկերություններ սպասում են, որ Հայկ Մարությանն իր ստորագրությունը դնի մի փաստաթղթի վրա, որով կսկսեն իրենց շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացնել կամ իրավաբանորեն կավարտեն այն, բայց Մարությանը շատ հազվադեպ է գնում քաղաքապետարան, ինչի համար էլ ընկերությունները չեն կարողանում իրենց գործունեությունը ծավալել:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պարզեց, որ վերջին անգամ Հայկ Մարությանը քաղաքապետարան է գնացել դեկտեմբերի 30-ին ու այդ օրը միանգամից մոտ 200 շինթույլտվության համար փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել: Բայց, արի ու տես, այդ շինթույլտվություններն անգամ իրենց հասցեատերերին դեռ չեն հասել, քանի որ հունվարի 11-ից է քաղաքապետարանը սկսել այդ փաստաթղթերը հանձնել: Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են նաեւ, որ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի ճարտարապետության եւ քաղաքաշինության վարչությունը այս ամենից հետո հայտնվել է ծանր վիճակում, քանի որ Մարությանի անգործության հետեւանքով ամեն ինչ խճճվել ու խառնվել է իրար՝ կոռուպցիայի ռիսկեր ստեղծելով:
