Իրաքը խնդրել է ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին անհապաղ դուրս բերել թուրքական զորքերն իր տարածքից

Իրաքը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին նամակ է փոխանցել՝ խնդրելով հասնել թուրքական զորքերի իր տարածքից դուրսբերմանը, ինչը համարում է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության «կոպիտ խախտում»: Այս տեղեկությունը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հաստատել է ՄԱԿ-ում ԱՄՆ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Սամաթա Փաուերը, որը ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ում նախագահում է դեկտեմբերից:

Այս փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ Բաղդադը փորձել է  իրավիճակը կարգավորել  «դիվանագիտական ուղիներով», բայց չի կարողացել «համոզել Թուրքիային դուրս բերել իր զորքերն Իրաքի օկուպացված տարածքներից»:

«Իրաքը ցանկացել է անդամ երկրներին տեղեկացնել, որ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրության եւ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերի դրույթների համապատասխան կարող է օգտվել իր ինքնապաշտպանության անքակտելի իրավունքից, ինչպես նաեւ կարող է կիրառել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ դադարեցնելու համար այդ թշնամական գործողությունը եւ վերջ դնելու կասկածելի թուրքական հավակնություններին Իրաքի ինքնիշխան տարածքներում»,-ասված է նամակում, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Նամակում նաեւ նշվում է, որ թուրքական զորքերը Իրաքի տարածք են ներխուժել առանց Իրաքի դաշնային կառավարության հավանության եւ դրանով կոպտորեն խախտել ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը:

Փաուերը լրագրողներին հայտնել է, որ ալ-Հաքիմը չի խնդրել Անվտանգության խորհրդի անհապաղ հանդիպում հրավիրել՝ թուրքական ներխուժումը քննարկելու համար: Նրա խոսքով, ԱՄՆ-ը հաստատել է իր դիրքորոշումը, որ Իրաքի տարածքում ցանկացած զորքի տեղակայում պետք է համաձայնեցվի այդ երկրի կառավարության հետ:

Իրաքի կողմից ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին դիմելու քայլը Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն «անազնիվ քայլ» է անվանել:
