«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
2020 թվականի ընթացքում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու իրավունք ունեցող 673 416 անձի նկատմամբ տուգանային միավոր պարունակող որոշում չի կայացվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից՝ «Փաստ» թերթի հարցմանն ի պատասխան: Միևնույն ժամանակ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ նշված թիվը կարող է փոփոխվել, քանի որ 2020 թվականին կատարված իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ գործերով դեռևս առկա են չծանուցված, ուժի մեջ չմտած և անբողոքարկելի չդարձած որոշումներ:
Այդուամենայնիվ, փաստ է, որ ավելի քան 670 հազար վարորդ 2020 թվականի ընթացքում փաստացի չի կատարել ՃԵԿ այնպիսի խախտում, որը ենթադրում է տուգանային միավորի հանում, կամ առնվազն չի կատարել խախտում արագաչափերի ու տեսանկարահանող սարքերի դիտարկման գոտիներում: Միևնույն ժամանակ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ տուգանային միավորների կիրառմամբ դեռևս որևէ վարորդ չի զրկվել տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից, սակայն 9 տուգանային միավորի շեմը հատելու հիմքով 2175 անձի տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքը կասեցվել է 6 ամիս ժամկետով:
