Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանը տեղեկացնում է․

Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, գիտենք, որ տեղացած առատ ձյան հետևանքները մի շարք խնդիրներ են առաջացրել ձեզ համար:

Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանը ենթակա համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներով լծված է այդ դժվարությունները ժամ առաջ չեզոքացնելու գործին:

Ձնամաքրման մեքենաները շրջում են փողոցներով և անցանելի դարձնում ճանապարհները երթևեկության համար: Մայթերի մաքրմանը հիմնականում մասնակցում է մարդկային աշխատուժը: Բայց աշխատանքները ժամանակին և պատշաճ իրականացնելուն մի շարք հանգամանքներ են խոչընդոտում.

Վերջին մեկ ամսում քաղաքում երթևեկող փոխադրամիջոցների թիվը զգալիորեն մեծացել է, ինչը բացասաբար է ազդում մերկասառույցի կանխարգելման աշխատանքներին:

Աջակցության ծրագրերից օգտվելու նպատակով քաղաքի տարբեր վայրերում հերթեր են գոյանում, և որոշակի տարածքներում գրեթե անհնար են դառնում ձնամաքրման աշխատանքները:

Պատերազմից հետո աշխատուժի պակաս է զգացվում: Առկա մարդկային ռեսուրսները բավարար չեն հրատապ խնդիրներին լուծում տալու համար:

Տեխնիկական միավորների մի մասը պատերազմի հետևանքով կամ մնացել է Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ, կամ էլ գտնվում է անսարք վիճակում: Արդյունքում մեքենատրակտորային լրակազմը լրջորեն համալրելու կարիք ունի:

Հայցում ենք մեր հայրենակիցների ներողամտությունը ու ակնկալում նրանց աջակցությունը վերը թվարկված խնդիրների կարգավորման հարցում. ով ինչով կարող է: Իսկ մենք շարունակում ենք աշխատանքները՝ ունեցած հնարավորությունները առավելագույնս օգտագործելով:
