Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, Քառյակ Մեդիայի համահիմնադիր Միհրան Հակոբյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում էջում գրառում է կատարել.
 
Նոյեմբերի 9-ին կիպիտուլյացիայի մասին ակտը ստորագրելուց հետո հրաժարական չտված բոլոր դեսպանները թուրքՆիկոլի հանցակիցներն են: Չկա որևէ տարբերություն դեսպանների և հայ դիվանագիտության լամայի՝ Ռուբինյան Ռուբենի միջև: Հայրենիք ծախած վիժվածքին ծառայող բոլոր դեսպանները դավաճանի հանցակիցներն են: 100 տարի էլ անցնի՝ ճակատներից դավաճանի խարանը չեն մաքրելու: Ու թող դեսպաններից որևէ մեկի մտքով չանցնի, թե կարող է այս խայտառակության պատասխանատվությունից փախչել: Հնարավորության պատուհան կար՝ հրաժարական: Այդ պատուհանն այևս փակ է. իրենց պաշտոններում մնացած դեսպանները թուրքՆիկոլի հանցակից ծառաներն են, որոնք հրաժարական չտալով՝ փաստել են, որ համաձայն են դավաճանության հետ, փաստել են, որ հայ ժողովրդի և հայոց պետականության թշնամիներն են, հազարավոր հայերի արյունով ազատագրված Արցախի գերեզմանափորերն են:
Հրաժարական չտալով՝ ստորագրել են, որ կատարվածի պատասխանատուն են, այսինքն՝ հայ ժողովրդի թշնամիներն են: Դեսպաններից ոչ մեկի մտքով թող հանկարծ չանցնի, թե հետո կարող է արդարանալ՝ գլուխ արդուկելով, թե ինքը ոչ թե թուրքՆիկոլին է ներկայացրել, այլ պետությունը: Չկա նման բան. դեսպանը քաղաքական պաշտոն է, գործադիր իշխանության քաղաքան մասնիկ է և դեսպանը հավատարմագրման վայրում ներկայացնում է ռեժիմը, ոչ թե երկիրը: Հրաժարական չտված դեսպանները պետք է ականջներին օղ անեն՝ հետագայում իրենք ոչ մեկին պետք չեն՝ որպես թուրքՆիկոլի հանցակից ծառաներ: Իրենք պետական ու ակադեմիական համակարգերում տեղ չունեն՝ որպես Եռաբլուրի ընդարձակման անմիջական պատասխանատուներ:

Նիդերլանդներում դեսպան Բալայան Տիգրան, դու հո՞ քո աչքով էս տեսել, թե ոնց ու ինչ դիրքերից էին բանակցում Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Նաև տեսել ես, թե ոնց են բանակցել նոր շեֆերդ ու ինչի է հանգեցրել այդ բանակցածը: Կապիտուլյացիայից հետո հայրդ հացադուլ էր հայտարարել, ասում էր՝ թուրքՆիկոլին պետք է հեռացնել ու պատասխանատվության ենթարկել: Դու ասելիք չունե՞ս:
Հ.Գ.Գ. ԱՄՆ-ուն արդեն նախկին դեսպան Ներսիսյան Վարուժան, դու նույնպես անձամբ տեսել ես, թե ո՞նց էին բանակցում Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Ո՞նց էլի, ո՞նց 2.5 տարի ծառայեցիր թուլեքի թագավորությանն ու մասնակիցը դարձար Հայրենիքը ծախելուն: Գոնե նոյեմբերի 10-ին հրաժական տայիր, դեմքդ փրկելու շանս ունենայիր: Դուրդ եկա՞վ, որ թուրքՆիկոլի մերձավոր Մակունցին դեսպան նշանակելու համար հաշված ժամերի ընթացքում իրերդ հավաքել տվեցին ու փողոց նետեցին:
