Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը եւ Ճապոնիան ավելի քան 2 մլրդ դոլար կհատկացնեն երկրաշարժից տուժած Նեպալին

Չինաստանը եւ Ճապոնիան ավելի քան 1 մլրդ դոլար կնվիրաբերեն երկրաշարժերից հետո Նեպալի վերականգնման համար, որոնք տեղի են ունեցել ընթացիկ տարվա ապրիլ եւ մայիս ամիսներին: Այս մասին հայտարարվել Է հաջակցություն Նեպալի Կատմանդուում անցկացվող միջազգային դոնորական խորհրդաժողովում:
Չինաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Վան Ին հայտնել Է, որ իր երկիրը կհատկացնի 750 մլն դոլար, ինչպես նաեւ հաջորդ տարվա ընթացքում պատրաստ կլինի ավելի քան 1,5 հազար նեպալցի մասնագետներ պատրաստել տարբեր բնագավառներում: Ճապոնիան, իր հերթին, առաջարկել Է 260 մլն դոլար եւ իր ընկերությունների մասնակցությունը ճարտարապետական այն հուշարձանների վերականգնմանը, որոնք վնասվել են, հաղորդել Է հնդկական IANS լրատվական գործակալությունը:
Խորհրդաժողովին նաեւ մասնակցում Է Հնդկաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սուշմա Սվարաջը, ով խոստացել Է, որ իր երկիրը նույնպես 1 մլրդ դոլար կհատկացնի Նեպալին: Նրա խոսքով՝ որը մեջբերել Է Press Trust of India լրատվական գործակալությունը, «այդ գումարի քառորդ մասը կազմում են տարբեր դրամաշնորհները»: «Այդ միջոցները կծախսվեն բնակելի շենքերի, ինչպես նաեւ ճարտարապետական հուշարձանների վերականգնման նպատակով»,-ընդգծել Է նա:
Նեպալի իշխանությունները հայտարարել են, որ երկրի լիակատար վերականգնման համար 5 տարվա ընթացքում կպահանջվի 6,6 մլրդ դոլար:
Ապրիլի 25-ին 7,9 մագնիտուդով երկրաշարժ Է տեղի ունեցել Նեպալի արեւմտյան տարածաշրջանում: Հիմնական երկրաշարժից հետո գրացվել են ավելի փոքր մագնիտուդով եւս շուրջ 90 հետցնցումներ:
Տեղի ոստիկանության վերջին տվյալների համաձայն՝ զոհերի թիվը գերազանցել Է 8,7 հազարը, տուժել Է առնվազն 20 հազար մարդ: Նեպալի պաշտպանության նախարարության տվյալներով՝ ավերվել Է 1,9 հազար բնակելի շենք, վնասվել են եւս առնվազն 4 հազար շինություններ:
Ավելի վաղ Համաշխարհային բանկը հայտնել Է, որ Նեպալին որպես նպատակային օգնություն 500 մլն դոլար կհատկացնի երկրաշարժերից հետո երկրի վերականգնման համար: Միջոցների մի մասը՝ 200 մլն դոլարը, կծախսվի գյուղատնտեսական հանդակների վերականգման համար, 100 միլիոնը՝ բանկային համակարգի զարգացման համար, որը թուլացել Է տնտեսության աճի տեմպերի ընդհանուր դանդաղման պատճառով: Եվս 100-ից մինչեւ 200 դոլար կտրամադրվի Նեպալում ՀԲ-ի արդեն մեկնարկած նախածերի ֆինանսավորմանը: Ընդ որում դրանք փոփոխությունների կենթարկվեն երկրի վերականգնման նպատակներին համապատասխան, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
