Գյումրու պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտում հեշտացվել է ընդունելության կարգը: Նոր ուսումնական տարվանից բուհ ընդունվելու ցանկություն հայտնած այն դիմորդները, ովքեր կնախընտրեն բուհ ընդունվել վճարովի համակարգում, որոշ բաժիններում, կարող են ընդունվել միայն 1՝ հիմնական առարկա համարվող քննության դրական շեմը հաղթահարելով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց բուհի ռեկտոր Վարդևան Գրիգորյանը փաստելով, որ արդեն հաստատված են բուհի կողմից ներկայացված մասնագիտությունների հայտերը: «Բուհի կողմից ներկայացվել է ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարություն, նախարարության կողմից ՀՀ կառավարություն, իսկ կառավարության կողմից հաստատվել է բուհի մասնագիտությունների ցանկը: Ի դեպ, բուհը նոր 2016-2017 ուսումնական տարում կունենա 32 մասնագիտություն, որից 3-ը՝ «հասարակագիտությունե, «ադապտիվ ֆիզկուլտուրաե և «տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաններե նոր մասանգիտություններ են: Այս տարի ներկայացված հայտերից մերժվել է «իրավագիտություն /մանկավարժությունե մասնագիտությունը: Ի դեպ, այս ուսումնական տարի բացված «թուրքերենե մասնագիտության լիցենզիա ինստիտուտն ունի, բայց, քանի որ 2015 թվականին դիմորդներ չեղան, ապա նոր ուսումնական տարում այս բաժինը չի բացվի, փոխարենը, հնարավոր է «թուրքերենե դասավանդվի որպես երկրորդ օտար լեզու՝ այլ մասնագիտությունների հետ, իսկ հետագայում չի բացառվում որ բաժինը կվերաբացվիե,-նշեց բուհի ռեկտորը:
Ըստ նոր որոշման` որոշ բաժիններում՝ հիմնականում վճարովի համակարգի, դիմորդը բուհ կարող է ընդունվել 1 միասնական քննությամբ, իսկ մյուս քննության փոխարեն բուհ ներկայացնել տվյալ առարկայից դպրոցի գնահատականը: «Եթե դիմորդը պետք է սովորի վճարովի համակարգում, ապա կարող է ընդունվել 1 քննությամբ, իսկ անվճար տեղի պայքարի համար պետք է հանձնի նաև երկրորդ քննությունը:
Ընդունելության կարգի մեղմացումը բուհի ռեկտորը կապում է ուսանողների պակասի հետ: «Ընդհանարապես պետք է նոր քաղաքականություն վարել՝ մուտքը բուհ հեշտացնելով՝ հատկապես, եթե դա վճարովի համակարգ է, բայց բուհի ելքը լինի դժվար: Սա նաև որակական խնդիր կլուծիե. օրինակ «Մեթոդիկաե բաժնում վճարովի համակարգում դիմորդը կարող է ընդունվել միայն «հայոց լեզուե միասնական քննություն հանձնելով, իսկ «մաթեմատիկանե արդեն դպրոցի գնահատականով, բուհի ամենապահանջված մասնագիտությունը համարվող «թարգմանական գործե (անգլերեն) կրկին 1՝ անգլե րեն միասնական քննությամբ և այլն, ի դեպ, «թարգմանական գործե և «լրագրությունե բաժինների դիմորդները չեն հանձնի նաև բանավոր քննություն: Այս որոշումը հաստատված է և փոփոխության ենթակա չէե,-վստահեցրեց Գրիգորյանը՝ հավելելով, որ վճարովի և անվճար տեղերի հետ կապված հարցի լուծման դեպքում բուհի ղեկավարությունը միտված է անվճար տեղերը հատկացնել այն բաժիններին, որոնք դիմորդներ քիչ ունեն և հետագայում կարող է այդ մասնագիտությունների հետ կապված խնդիր լինել՝ «ֆիզիկաե, «մաթեմատիկաե և այլն: Բուհի ռեկտորից նաև տեղեկացանք, որ չնայած այս փոփոխությանը` բուհում հաջորդ տարի վճարի փոփոխության հետ կապված խնդիր չի լինի: «Ճիշտ է, մենք որոշակի դժվարություններ ունենք, բայց գիտակցելով ժողովրդի սոցիալական վիճակը, վարձավճարի փոփոխություն չենք իրականացնի, այն թողնելով նույնը՝ 175-350 հազար դրամ: Բուհում այս փոփոխությունը միայն կապված է բակալավրիատի հետ:
