Երեկ՝ հունվարի 25-ին, ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։00-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Սևան ճանապարհի 44 կմ հատվածում՝ դեպի Սևան ուղղությամբ, բախվել են Երևան քաղաքի Դավիթաշեն 4-րդ թաղամասի բնակիչ 64-ամյա Գագիկ Հարությանի վարած BMW մակնիշի և Չարենցավան քաղաքի բնակիչ 46-ամյա Ռուստամ Աբրահամյանի վարած SEAT մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ վթարի հետևանքով Ռ․Աբրահամյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ նրա ուղևոր՝ Չարենցավան քաղաքի բնակիչ 48-ամյա Գագիկ Կարապետյանը, օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր ժամանած Հրազդանի բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկների կողմից նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն է ստացել, ապա տեղափոխվել «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Սարգիս Բագրատյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի անձնակազմի գծով տեղակալ Ա․Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 177 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Հ․ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Քննիչի հանձնարարականով ավտոմեքենաները տեղափոխվել են ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։
