Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման դեմ «Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնության նստացույցը լուսաբանող լրագրողների հանդեպ հունիսի 23-ին իրականացրած գործողությունների իրավական գնահատականը պետք է տրվի ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողական քննության իրականացումից հետո: «ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողական քննությունը պետք է պատասխանի մի շարք հարցերին, այդ թվում՝ արդյոք համաչափ են եղել լրագրողների հանդեպ ոստիկանների իրականացրած գործողությունները: Ես հավատում եմ, որ մենք ունենք հասուն հասարակություն և վստահ եմ, որ մենք կգտնենք ճիշտ հարաբերակցությունը մի կողմից ժողովրդավարական արժեքների և մարդկանց իրավունքների իրացման, մյուս կողմից' հասարակական կարգի պահպանության անհրաժեշտության և ազգային անվտանգության որոշակի խնդիրների միջև»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը' հիշեցնելով, որ իրենց ծառայությունն իրականացնող ոստիկանները մեր եղբայրներն են, և իրենք նույնպես էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառողներ են:

Նա նկատեց, որ որևէ երկրում չի կարող լինել կայուն հասարակություն, եթե հասարակության որևէ հատված ընկճված է և երաշխավորված չեն նրա ազատությունները: «Մեր երկիրը շատ դժվարությունների միջով է անցել: Ես վստահ եմ, որ այս իրավիճակում մեր հասարակությունը ճիշտ լուծում կգտնի, և մենք կհաղթահարենք այս խնդիրները»,- շեշտեց Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը:
