Մենք տեղյակ ենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում սիրիացի վարձկանների մասին, բայց պետք է գիտակցենք, որ սա միակ հակամարտությունը չէ ներկայումս, որ սիրիացի վարձկաններն ու մարտիկները ներգրավված են, այդպես է նաև Լիբիայում: Այս մասին այսօր ԵԽԽՎ-ում հայտարարեց Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Հեյկո Մաասը՝ պատասխանելով ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի հարցին՝ կապված Ղարաբաղում սիրիացի վարձկանների առկայությանը։

Մաասը ԵԽԽՎ-ում ելույթ ունեցավ ու պատասխանեց պատվիրակների հարցերին՝ որպես ԵԽ Նախարարների կոմիտեում նախագահող։

Հեյկո Մաասը նշեց, որ վարձկանները ներկա են հակամարտության գոտիներում, սակայն մինչ այժմ միջազգային մակարդակով հնարավոր չի եղել հստակեցնել նրանց տեղափոխման, թվի հետ կապված խնդիրները։

Մաասն ասաց՝ Թուրքիայի հետ շփումներում հստակ նշվել է, որ այն կարող է օգտագործել իր ազդեցությունը՝ ապահովելու տարածաշրջանում կայունությունը։

Նրա խոսքերով, անհրաժեշտ է երկարատև խաղաղություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, և Գերմանիան իր ներդրումը կարող է ունենալ։

Գերմանիայի ԱԳ նախարարն ասաց, որ հակամարտությանը եղել է ռազմական լուծում, այդ իսկ պատճառով պետք է աշխատել Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակներում, նաև ԵՄ գործընկերների հետ՝ Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում՝ հույսով, որ համաձայնության հնարավոր կլինի հասնել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև։

Նշվեց նաև, որ ցանկացած առաջընթաց կախված է երկրների ցանկությունից, մտնել երկխոսության մեջ միմյանց հետ, և այս գործընթացին միանշանակ կաջակցեն։
