ԱՄՆ ֆիննախ. Թուրքիան շարունակում է լոգիստիկ կենտրոն մնալ ԴԱԻՇ-ի ֆինանսավորման համար

«Իսլամական պետությունը» իր ֆինանսների համար շարունակում է ապավինել Թուրքիայի ներսում գտնվող լոգիստիկ կենտրոններին, ասվում է ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարության զեկույցում, գրում է Ahval-ը:
ԴԱԻՇ-ը «հաճախ գումարներ էր հավաքում եւ ուղարկում Թուրքիայում միջնորդներին, որոնք կանխիկ գումարը մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Սիրիա էին ուղղում»,- հաղորդել է ֆինանսների նախարարությունը:
Անկարայի նվիրվածությունը ԴԱԻՇ-ի դեմ պայքարին արդեն որոշ ժամանակ քննարկման թեմա է դարձել: Թեեւ թուրք պաշտոնյաները ասում են, թե խմբավորման կողմից ներկայացված սպառնալիքի դեմ պայքարելու համար Թուրքիան ավելի շատ բան է արել, քան ցանկացած այլ երկիր, շատ դիտորդներ համաձայն չեն դրա հետ: «ԴԱԻՇ-ը շարունակում էր օգտագործել դրամական ծառայություններ մատուցող ձեռնարկությունները՝ Իրաք եւ Սիրիա գումարներ տեղափոխելու համար՝ հաճախ ապավինելով Թուրքիայի եւ այլ ֆինանսական կենտրոններին»:
Երբ 2019-ի հոկտեմբերին ԱՄՆ-ն արշավանք սկսեց Սիրիայի հյուսիսարեւմտյան նահանգում ԴԱԻՇ-ի առաջնորդ Աբու Բաքր ալ-Բաղդադիի սպանության համար, Մերձավոր Արեւելքի եւ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նորանշանակ համակարգող Բրեթ Մաքգուրքը Washington Post-ի համար հոդված գրեց՝ նշելով, թե հաշվի առնելով, որ ալ-Բաղդադիի թաքստոցը հեռու չէր թուրքական մեծ ռազմական դիրքից, Անկարան «պետք է ինչ-որ բան բացատրի»: Նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Սիրիայի քրդերին «այն աջակցության համար, որը նրանք կարողացել են ցուցաբերել» նույն գործողության ընթացքում:
Սիրիայի դեմոկրատական ուժերը (SDF), որում գերակշռում են քրդերը, բարձր գնահատանքի էին արժանացել ԴԱԻՇ-ին արմատախիլ անելու ջանքերի համար: Մինչդեռ թուրքական ուժերը 2016 թվականից Սիրիայի հյուսիսում պայքարում են SDF-ի դեմ:
ԴԱԻՇ-ը «հավանաբար մոտ 100 միլիոն դոլարի կանխիկ պահուստ ունի, որը տարածված է ողջ տարածաշրջանում»,- ֆինանսների նախարարության զեկույցում գրել է գլխավոր աուդիտի բաժնի տնօրեն Գրեգորի Սալիվանը:
2019-ի հունվարին հեռուստատեսային հարցազրույցի ժամանակ Մաքգուրքն ասել էր, որ ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաներն իրենց ժամանակի մեծ մասն անցկացնում են Անկարայում, քանի որ «ԴԱԻՇ-ի «մեքենան լիցքավորելու» համար եկող նյութերի մեծ մասը, անկեղծ ասած, Թուրքիայից գալիս... շատ տհաճ է, քանի որ Թուրքիան հատուկ գործողություններ չի ձեռնարկել սահմանին»:
ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը նաեւ մատնանշել է, որ ԴԱԻՇ-ի կողմնակիցներն ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ են կրիպտոարժույթ օգտագործում՝ նախկինի պես հույսը դնելով «Իրաք եւ Սիրիա միջոցներ փոխանցելու ավանդական մեթոդների» վրա:
