«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Սյունիքի մարզի մի շարք գյուղերի մերձակա հողային հանդակները ներկա դրությամբ գտնվում են ադրբեջանական զինուժի վերահսկողության հատվածում։ Չնայած այն փաստին, որ տեղացիները բարձրաձայում են և խոսում իրենց խնդիրների մասին, ՀՀ իշխանությունները համապատասխան քայլերի չեն դիմում, և հարցը մնում է օդում կախված։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկա ամիսներին Սյունիքի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերում լուրջ գյուղատնտեսական ճգնաժամ է առաջանալու՝ կապված անասունների արոտավայր տանելու հետ։ Բանն այն է, որ ներկայումս անասունները տնային պայմաններում են պահվում, և անասնակերի խնդիր, ըստ էության, չկա, սակայն գարնան սկզբին այս խնդիրը գալու է առաջին պլան, քանզի գյուղացին փաստացի զրկված է անասունը արոտի տանելու հնարավորությունից։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, բավականին խոշորածավալ բունտ է հասունանում։ Ի դեպ, նախօրեին թեմային անդրադարձել է նաև ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի առումով, մասնավորաբար նշելով, որ գյուղերի բնակիչների համար «սահմանների որոշման գործընթացի արդյունքում կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող արոտավայրերի, խոտհարքների ու ջրային պաշարների օգտագործումն անհնարին է դարձել»: Հարցի հետ կապված մտահոգություններ են հայտնում նաև մասնագետները:
Մասնավորաբար, տնտեսագիտության թեկնածու Հայկ Ղազարյանը կարծում է, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում առկա հրատապ լուծում պահանջող բազմաթիվ խնդիրներին ավելացան նաև պատերազմի հետևանքով առաջացած բարդությունները՝ կորցրեցինք շուրջ 100 հազար հեկտար վարելահող Արցախում, արոտավայրեր ու վարելահողեր Սյունիքում և ջրային լուրջ պաշարներ: Բացի այդ, պատերազմի արդյունքում սահմանամերձ դարձան շատ բնակավայրեր, և գյուղատնտեսական հողատեսքերի զգալի մասը հայտնվեց գնդակոծության վտանգավոր գոտում: «Այստեղից հետևում է, որ սահմանափակ ռեսուրսներով ստիպված ենք լինելու առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպել գյուղատնտեսական արտադրությունը»,-նշում է նա:
