«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ ՀՀ-ն համարվում է ՌԴ ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, և երկու երկրները միմյանց հետ կապված են դարավոր ամուր կապերով, վերջին շրջանում ՀՀ-ում ռուսական կողմնորոշման և պրոռուսական հայացքների ակնհայտ անկում էր նկատվում, և ընդհակառակը՝ հակառուսական տրամադրությունների ավելացման միտումներ էին արձանագրվում: Այդ ամենն, իհարկե, 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո։ Շատ է խոսվել այն մասին, որ Արևմուտքն ամենատարբեր տեխնոլոգիաներ ու PR միջոցներ է կիրառում այն երկրներում, որոնք համարում է իր շահերի գոտին, այլ կերպ ասած՝ կիրառում է «փափուկ ուժի» քաղաքականություն։
Թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, առաջիկա ամիսներին ՀՀ-ում կտրուկ աճելու է ռուսական «փափուկ ուժի» կիրառման գործընթացը, կիրառվելու է նոր գործիքակազմ։ ՌԴ բարձրաստիճան շրջանակներին մոտ կանգնած մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ ՌԴ քաղաքական ղեկավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել տարածաշրջանում սեփական քաղաքականությունը էապես վերանայելու մասով, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ ՀՀ-ում նախատեսում են նոր նախագծեր իրականացնել։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում հայաստանյան տեղեկատվական դաշտում ավելանալու են պրոռուսական հարթակները, որոնք չեն թաքցնելու իրենց բուն առաքելությունը։
Չհաստատված, դեռևս սաղմնային փուլում է նաև ռուսերենով հեռուստատեսային նախագծերի, այդ թվում՝ «թոք-շոուների» և տեսակամուրջների իրականացման գաղափարը։ Մյուս կողմից, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, շատ ավելի մեծ ծրագրեր են նախատեսվում կրթամշակութային դաշտում։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս մասին տեղյակ են նաև արևմտյան ֆինանսավորում ունեցող հայտնի շրջանակները, ինչը պարզապես հունից հանել է նրանց, ու նաև այդ հանգամանքն է պատճառը, որ վերջերս նրանք նոր թափով են սկսել հակառուսականության իրենց քարոզը:
