Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհավորական ուղերձը ՀՀ զինված ուժերի 29-ամյակի կապակցությամբ

Այսօր լրանում է Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 29-ամյակը: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի մենք մեր շնորհավորանքի ու երախտիքի խոսքն էինք ուղղում կայացած, մարտունակ ու հաղթանակած հայոց բանակի նվիրյալներին, սակայն 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին սանձազերծված Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմը մեզնից խլեց այդ իրավունքը: Ես ասել եմ ու ևս մեկ անգամ կրկնում եմ՝ պատերազմները սանձազերծվում են միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ պարտվում է դիվանագիտությունը: Այսօր ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ՝ Արցախյան այս պատերազմում հայոց բանակն ու հայ զինվորը չեն պարտվել: Պարտվել է ապաշնորհ իշխանությունը՝ իր վարած անհեռանկար ու վտանգավոր հետևանքներով հղի դիվանագիտությամբ:
Արցախյան վերջին 44-օրյա պատերազմում 5000-ից ավելի հայի օջախի ճրագ մարեց, խեղվեցին 10.000-ից ավելի ճակատագրեր, որբացան հազարավոր մանուկներ: Այսօր էլ դեռ մեր բազմաթիվ հերոսների ճակատագիր անորոշության մեջ է, ռազմագերիները սպասում են հայրենիք վերադարձին և բոլորիս սրբազան պարտքը պետք է լինի այս խնդիրները լուծելը: Դրան զուգահեռ մենք ունենք մեկ այլ կարևոր առաքելություն՝ հետևողականորեն բարձրացնել մեր զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը, դարձնել այն 21-րդ դարի ռազմաարդյունաբերական պահանջներին համապատասխանող միավոր՝ ավելի արդիական և շատ ավելի ուժեղ, ունակ դիմագրավելու մեր հայրենիքի անվտանգությանը սպառնացող փորձություններին: Այսօր ես ուզում եմ գլուխ խոնարհել բոլոր այն ազատամարտիկների, զինվորների ու սպաների հիշատակի առաջ, որոնք իրենց կյանքը չխնայեցին հայրենիքի, ժողովրդի և այսօրվա թեկուզ հարաբերական, բայց առկա խաղաղության համար: Հավերժ փա՛ռք նրանց հիշատակին: Հատկապես հենց այսօր մենք պարտավոր ենք ձեզ խոստանալ՝ վերադարձնել մեզնից գողացված հաղթանակը, հայի արժանապատվությունը, սերունդներին փոխանցել մայիսյան եռատոնը նշելու հպարտությունը:
Առանձնահատուկ խոնարհումս այսօր էլ առաջնագծում կանգնած մեր բոլոր տղաներին, մեր թիկնունքն ամուր պահող հերոսներին: Նրանց մաղթում եմ բարի ծառայություն, հերոսներ ծնած բոլոր մայրերին՝ համբերություն, հայոց երկրի սահմաններին՝ անառիկ ամրություն ու խաղաղություն:
