Արա Այվազյանը հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի պետքարտուղարի եւ նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ
POLITICSՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արա Այվազյանն այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, հանդիպել է Հայաստանում աշխատանքային այցով գտնվող Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի պետքարտուղար Ժան-Բատիստ Լըմուանի եւ նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նախարարության պաշտոնական էջից։
Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարը եւ Ֆրանսիայի պետքարտուղարը հանգամանալից քննարկում են ունեցել հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ օրակարգի շուրջ՝ վերահաստատելով փոխադարձ պատրաստակամությունը գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկելու բազմաոլորտ գործընկերության ամրապնդման եւ ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ: Որպես առաջնահերթություն ընդգծվել է առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության ներուժի արդյունավետ օգտագործումը, ներառյալ՝ Զարգացման ֆրանսիական գործակալության կողմից Հայաստանում թիրախային նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման, ներդրումային նոր հնարավորությունների դիտարկման միջոցով։
Նախարար Այվազյանը եւ պետքարտուղար Լըմուանն անդրադարձել են նաեւ տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության եւ կայունության հարցերին: Նախարար Այվազյանն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել Ֆրանսիային՝ Արցախի եւ հայ ժողովրդի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի առնչությամբ անկողմնակալ դիրքորոշում եւ գնահատական հայտնելու համար:
Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի քաղաքական կարգավորման հրամայականը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ներքո խաղաղության գործընթացի շրջանակում: Նախարար Այվազյանը նշել է, որ տարածաշրջանում տեւական խաղաղության, անվտանգության եւ կայունության հաստատման առանցքը Արցախի իրավական կարգավիճակի սահմանումն է՝ հիմնված արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի վրա։
ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը պետքարտուղար Լըմուանի ուշադրությունն է հրավիրել Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների եւ քաղաքացիական անձանց անհապաղ հայրենադարձման հարցին եւ այդ ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հարուցվող շինծու խոչընդոտներին։
Քննարկումների կենտրոնում են եղել նաեւ հայկական պատմամշակութային կոթողների պահպանման հարցերը: Այս համատեքստում զրուցակիցները կարեւորել են ինչպես միջազգային մասնագիտացված կառույցների, հատկապես, ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի անխափան ներգրավվածությունը, այնպես էլ երկկողմ համագործակցության հնարավորությունների օգտագործումը:
