Արևմուտքի հերթական նախազգուշացումը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին

«Transparency International» կազմակերպությունը ներկայացրել է կոռուպցիայի ընկալման «Corruption Perceptions Index 2020» իր ամենամյա վարկանիշը, որում Հայաստանը զբաղեցրել է 60-րդ տեղը` 49 բալով:
2019-ին Հայաստանը 77-րդ տեղում էր:
Զեկույցի համաձայն՝ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում կորոնավիրուսը վեր է հանել կառուցվածքային եւ կառավարման ընթացիկ խնդիրներ, լայնորեն տարածված կոռուպցիա եւ խորացող սոցիալական դժգհություն: Որոշ քաղաքական գործիչներ օգտագործել են ճգնաժամը, որպեսզի ամրապնդեն իշխանությունը, ավելացրել են սահմանափակումներն ու առանց այդ էլ սահմանափակ հասանելիությունը տեղեկության նկատմամբ, բացառել թափանցիկության պահանջները պետգնումների կանոններից եւ հրաժարվել հանրային պատասխանատության մեխանիզմներից, նշում են հեղինակները:
Ի՞նչ է սա, եթե ոչ թափանցիկ մեսիջ Արևմուտքից՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և իր թիմակիցներին: Արևմուտքը հերթական անգամ հասկացնում է Փաշինյանին, որ վերջինս անթերի չէ, մինչդեռ, մինչ վերջին շրջանը Փաշինյանին ներվում էր ամեն ինչ՝ սահմանադրական կարգի տապալումից մինչև քաղաքական-տնտեսական ռեպրեսիաներ: Այսօր Արևմուտքը ինչպես ասում են՝ Փաշինյանի դիմացն է դնում նրա վրիպումները և թերացումները: Նմանատիպ կազմակերպությունների կողմից այսպիսի գնահատականները մտահոգիչ զանգ պետք է լինեն Փաշինյանի և իր թիմի համար: Օրեր առաջ գրել էինք, որ ԱՄՆ-ն, կարծես թե, դժգոհ է Փաշինյանի պրո-ռուսական քաղաքականությունից և պատրաստվում է նոր քաղաքական ուժերի վրա խաղադրույք անել: «Transparency International»-ը վերջին զեկույցը գալիս է հաստատելու այդ մտայնությունը...
