Ռուսական գործակալության հոդվածը՝ հայ ռազմագերիների մասին

Նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 8-րդ կետով Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերը պետք է վերադարձնեին ինչպես բոլոր գերիներին, այնպես էլ մարմինները, որոնք գտնվում են իրենց մոտ: Ադրբեջանն արդեն ստացել է իր բոլոր զինվորականներին ու հայկական կողմում պահվող անձանց, ինչպես նաև զոհերի մարմինները, ինչը հաստատում են ինչպես կողմերը, այնպես էլ՝ Ռուսաստանը: Իսկ ահա հայկական ցուցակում կա 140 անուն, ովքեր ենթակա են վերադարձի: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՌԲԿ-ն՝ հղում անելով ռուսական դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներին: Գործակալությունը նաև դիմել է հայկական կողմին՝ ցանկանալով ճշտել գերիների հստակ թիվը, սակայն հայկական կողմը հրաժարվել է թիվ ներկայացնել՝ նշելով, որ դա փակ ինֆորմացիա է:
Լրատվամիջոցը հիշեցնում է, որ հունվարի 11-ին Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարներն առաջին անգամ պատերազմից հետո հանդիպում ունեցան Մոսկվայում, որտեղ քննարկվող երկու կարևորագույն հարցերն էին տնտեսական ու տրանսպորտային կապերի շրջափակումն ու գերիների փոխանակումը: Եթե առաջին հարցում պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց ու արդեն վաղը եռակողմ հանդիպում է լինելու, երկրորդ հարցում որևէ արդյունք չի եղել, ինչի համար էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արժանացել է քննադատության: Նա պատերազմից հետո ոչ մեկ անգամ է հայտարարել, որ գերիների վերադարձը գերակա հարց է:
Ադրբեջանական կողմն իր հերթին պնդում է, որ իր մոտ գտնվող անձինք ենթակա չեն վերադարձի, քանի որ նրանց մի մասը գերեվարվել են արդեն պատերազմից հետո, իսկ մյուսները մեղադրվում են երեք հոդվածներով՝ ռազմական հանցագործության մեջ, ահաբեկչության մեջ ու վարձկան լինելու մեջ: Հենց այդպես են ՌԲԿ-ին պատասխանել Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ից՝ հավելելով, որ Երևանի փոխանցվել է 60 գերի: Չնայաց ադրբեջանական կողմի հայտարարությանը, հայկական կողմին հաջողվել է ռուսական կողմի աջակցությամբ հունվարի 28-ին վերադարձնել ևս 5 գերի:
