«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Մասնագետների համոզմամբ, ճգնաժամային իրավիճակը, որն ուղղակիորեն պայմանավորված էր կորոնավիրուսով, Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմով և ՀՀ իշխանությունների անպտուղ ու անբովանդակ գործունեությամբ (ոմանց կարծիքով՝ անգործությամբ), շարունակվում է բոլոր ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ սոցիալտնտեսական։ Մեզ հետ զրույցում բազմաթիվ տնտեսագետներ քանիցս փաստել են, որ առկա իրավիճակը հանգեցնելու է ՀՀ-ում աղքատության շեմի կտրուկ բարձրացման։ Ավելին, նրանց կարծիքով, մենք ուղղակիորեն գնում ենք հենց այդ ճանապարհով: Արդեն ակնհայտ է, որ սպառողական շուկայում առկա է բավականին մեծ գնաճ, ինչն ուղղակիորեն իր ազդեցությունն է ունենալու առաջին հերթին հասարակության հատկապես անապահով հատվածի վրա։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2019 թվականին ՀՀ-ում աղքատության մակարդակը կազմել է բնակչության ընդհանուր թվի 26, 4 տոկոսը։
Դեռևս չեն հրապարակվել 2020 թվականի ցուցանիշները, սակայն, ըստ որոշ մասնագետների, 2020-ի ցուցանիշն ավելի բարձր է լինելու: Ավելին, կանխատեսվում է, որ արդեն այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում այն կհասնի մոտավորապես 30 տոկոսի, հնարավոր է՝ նաև անցնի։ Առավել ևս, որ շատ մասնագետների կարծիքով, այսպես շարունակվելու դեպքում ապրիլից կունենանք թոշակների, աշխատավարձերի, նպաստների ուշացումներ՝ դրանից բխող բացասական հետևանքներով: Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին հայտնել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որը բավականին նյարդայնացել է՝ հորդորելով ամենամյա տեղեկությունները հրապարակել հնարավորինս ուշ, իսկ հնարավորության դեպքում առավելագույնս այնպես անել, որ ներկայացվող թվերը իրականության հետ կապ չունենան և «ապացուցեն», որ երկրում ամեն ինչ հրաշալի է։
