Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխեց Շուշիի մասին իր նախորդ ասածները. Ադրբեջանցիները Շուշին չեն պահանջել
POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում խոսել է այն մասին, թե ինչու է Շուշիի մասին Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից արված հայտարարությունն արել, խոսակցությունը բացել:
Փաշինյանի խոսքերով «հայկական է իր այդ կարգավիճակո՞վ» արտահայտությամբ պատասխանել է պատգամավորի հարցին ու մասնավորապես «Շուշին, մնալով մեր վերահսկողության ներքո, պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու պայմաններում» արտահայտությանը:
Փաշինյանի խոսքերով, երբ պատերազմի ընթացքում արդեն համաձայնվել են, որ պետք է պատերազմը կանգնեցվի, առաջ է եկել նոր պայման, որ Շուշի քաղաք պետք է վերադառնան Ադրբեջանի փախստականները՝ համաձայն 1992 թվականին գոյություն ունեցած ստատուս քվոյի, իսկ այդ ստատուս քվոյի համաձայն Շուշիում պետք է լիներ 90 ու ավելի տոկոս ադրբեջանական բնակչություն. «Ինձ շատերը մեղադրում էին, որ տարբերակ է եղել, որ Շուշին մնա հայկական, բայց ես այս տարբերակը չեմ օգտագործել: Ես էլ արձագանքել եմ այդ իրողությանն ու այդ արձագանքներին»:
Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Ազգային ժողովում պատմական հարց չի քննարկվել, այլ քննարկվել է մի շատ կոնկրետ իրավիճակ, երբ պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու համար նախապայման է առաջադրվել ադրբեջանցի փախստականների վերադարձը Շուշի 92 թվականին առկա ժողովրդագրական իրավիճակի ու ստատուս քվոյի համաձայն:
Փաշինյանի խոսքերով, եթե Շուշիում 90 տոկոսից ավելի ադրբեջանական բնակչություն լիներ ու չլիներ Արցախի կարգավիճակի ճշգրտում, իր կարծիքով չէր կարելի ասել, որ Շուշին կլիներ հայկական վերահսկողության ներքո:
Ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փոխում է Շուշիի մասին իր ավելի վաղ արված հայտարարությունը, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար պահանջել է Շուշին ու ընդունում է Պուտինի հայտարարությունը, որ հարցը վերաբերել է միայն փախստականների վերադարձին:
Բացի դրանից պետք է նաև նկատի ունենալ հարցը՝ արդյո՞ք ադրբեջանցիներն այդ քանակով կվերադառնային Շուշի:
