ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է. «ՀՀ Սյունքի մարզի Կապանի Ճակատեն, Ներքին Հանդ, Շիկահող, Եղվարդ, Ագարակ, Ուժանիս գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական զինվորականները կրակոցներ են արձակում փոքր, ինչպես նաև խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից` լինելով նաև հարբած վիճակում:
Նշված բոլոր գյուղերի բնակիչները և համայնքային մարմինները Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին, մասնավորապես, ահազանգեր են ներկայացնում այն մասին, որ կրակոցներն արվում են պարբերաբար՝ ինչպես ցերեկային ժամերին, այնպես էլ գիշեր ժամանակ: Ըստ ահազանգերի՝ կրակոցներն ակնհայտ պարզ լսվում են գյուղերում, նպատակ ունեն ահաբեկել խաղաղ բնակիչներին ու առաջին հերթին երեխաներին ու կանանց:
Ընդ որում, գյուղացիները դիտարկել են, որ հաճախ են դեպքերը, երբ հարբած վիճակում են ադրբեջանական զինվորականների կրակցներն արձակվում: Հենց այդ ժամանակ է, որ կրակոցները խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից են ու ինտենսիվ:
Այս կրակոցների մասին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանն ահազանգեր էին ներկայացվել դեռևս 2021 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին Կապանի Ճակատեն և այլ գյուղեր այցերի ընթացքում: Այդ ժամանակ նաև անմիջականորեն էր արձանագրվել, որ կրակոցներով ակնհայտ լարվածություն է առաջանում գյուղերում:
Այս հանցավոր, բացարձակ դատապարտելի արարքները պետք է ի սպառ վերանան: Դրանք դարձել են իրական սպառնալիք Հայաստանի խաղաղ բնակիչների կյանքի ու առողջության պահպանման, ֆիզիկական ու հոգեկան անձեռնմխելիության և միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված ու ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ երաշխավորված մյուս իրավունքների համար: Սրանք կոպտորեն խախտում են նաև նաև երեխաների շահերը:
Այս փաստն ավելի է ամրապնդում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի համոզմունքը, որ խաղաղ բնակիչների կյանքի ու կենսական մյուս իրավունքների համար իրական սպառնալիք է նաև ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողների առկայությունը Հայաստանի սահմանային բնակավայրերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ, միջպհամայնքային ու միջպետական ճանապարհներին:
Այս փաստերի վերաբերյալ հաղորդումներ ուղարկվելու են միջազգային կառույցներին, այդ թվում՝ ԵԱՀԿ-ին, ՄԱԿ-ին, ԵԽ-ին: Առանձին հաղորդումներ կուղարկվեն նաև միջկառավարական կազմակերպությունների հատուկ մեխանիզմներին»:
