Ռուսաստանաբնակ մեդիամագնատ և հրատարակիչ Արամ Գաբրիելյանովն իր տելեգրամ ալիքում գրում է.

«Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը Մոսկվայում 2 լիարժեք օր է անցկացրել։ Նա երեք հանդիպում է ունեցել ռուսական ուժայինների` 2 գնդապետի և մեկ գեներալի հետ։ Հանդիպումներն անց են կացվել փակ դռների հետևում, և թե ինչ են քննարկել, պաշտոնապես ոչ ոք չի հաստատի։

Բայց այդ հանդիպումները տեղի են ունեցել։ Երկրորդ օրվա երեկոյան Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հավաքել է Մոսկվայում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության աշխատակիցներին։ Կատեգորիկ կերպով հրաժարվել է հանդիպման հրավիրել արմատներով արցախցի գործարարներին։

Ինչպես պատմում են մեր աղբյուրները, հանդիպման ընթացքում փորձել է վստահ երևալ, մոսկովյան աշխատակիցներին հանձնարարականներ տալ, բայց եղել է ներքուստ հոգեպես ճնշված վիճակում։ Մի քանի անգամ ինչ ասես ասել է Փաշինյանին, նշել, որ նա ադեկվատ չէ ու հաճախ է հիսթերիայի մեջ ընկնում։

Ասել է, որ Կրեմլում բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ է հանդիպել։ Ըստ երևույթին Արայիկը համոզված է, որ բոլոր հատուկ ծառայությունները Կրեմլում են նստում։ Նրա խոսքով` մեծագույն խնդիրը գերիների հարցն է։ Շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գեներալ Մուրադովին, բայց հրապարակայնորեն ասել, որ Փաշինյանն անտարբեր է գերիների նկատմամբ։ Արցախի ներկայացուցչությունում հանդիպումից հետո Արայիկը արագ գնացել է «Արարատ Հայյաթ» հյուրանոց, հավաքել իրերն ու թռել Երևան»։

Թարգմանեց ու հրապարակման պատրաստեց 168.am-ը։
