Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւ Ջո Բայդենն իրենց առաջին հեռախոսազրույցում արձանագրել են շատ խորը տարաձայնությունների առկայություն, որոնք պահանջում են երկու երկրների բավական ինտենսիվ երկխոսություն: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ՏԱՍՍ-ը, այս մասին «Ռոսիա-1» հեռուստաալիքի «Մոսկվա. Կրեմլ. Պուտին» հաղորդման ժամանակ հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։

«[Կայացած զրույցի] անկեղծությունն այն է, որ կողմերը հստակ արձանագրել են շատ խորը տարաձայնությունների առկայությունը, բայց միաժամանակ համաձայնել են, որ այդ տարաձայնությունների առկայությունը չպետք է նկատի ունենա երկխոսության բացակայություն եւ, ընդհակառակը, այդ տարաձայնությունները պահանջում են երկու երկրների բավական ինտենսիվ երկխոսություն»,- ասել է Կրեմլի ներկայացուցիչը:

 

Պատասխանելով առաջնորդների հունվարի 26-ին կայացած զրույցի տոնայնության մասին հարցին ՝ Պեսկովը նշել է, որ դրանում «գործնականություն եւ պրագմատիզմ է եղել»:

Տարաձայնություններից մեկի օրինակ է դարձել Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի գնահատականը. Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը զրույցի արդյունքներով օգտագործել է «ներուկրաինական կարգավորում» ձեւակերպումը, մինչդեռ Սպիտակ տան մամուլի  քարտուղար Ջեն Փսակին հիշատակել է «Ռուսաստանի կողմից շարունակվող ագրեսիան» Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ: «Դա Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների դիրքորոշումն է, որի հետ մենք կտրականապես համաձայն չենք»,- ընդգծել է Պեսկովը:- Դա  հայեցակարգային տարաձայնություններից մեկն է, որը գտնվում է մեր հարաբերությունների օրակարգում»։  Նա հավելել է, որ այդ տարաձայնության շուրջ «ռուսական կողմը եւ նախագահ Պուտինը անխոնջ եւ հետեւողականորեն» իրենց «համոզված դիրքորոշումը կհասցնեն զրուցակցին»:
