Yerevan.today-ը գրում է. «Զենքի վաճառքով զբաղվող Հայաստանում մոնոպոլիստ բիզնեսմեն Դավիթ Գալստյանի (Պատրոն Դավո) ձերբակալության լուրերը հերքվում են: Իրականում նա ընդամենը մի քանի ժամով բերման է ենթարկվել ԱԱԾ:
Yerevan.Today-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ Պատրոն Դավո անունով հայտնի զենք զինամթերքի բրոկերը անցած ուրբաթ օրը՝ հունվարի 29-ին է բերման ենթարկվել ԱԱԾ՝ հարցաքննության և հետո բաց է թողնվել: Մինչդեռ այսօր է ԱԱԾ-ն տարածել նրան բերման ենթարկելու լուրը:
Փաստացի միլիարդավոր դոլարների և կապերի տիրապետող սույն անձը, ով ՀՀ-ում զբաղեցրած բարձր պաշտոնական դիրքի շնորհիվ կարողացել է զենքի պետգնումներում ներգրավվել և այդ լծակներով մտնել զենքի միջազգային առևտրի օղակ, ընդհուպ Թուրքիայի հետ գործարքներ անել, այսօր՝ իր կալանավորման սանկցիան քննարկելուց օր առաջ, ազատորեն շրջում է քաղաքում: Այսինքն ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտը դատարանի վրա ճնշումների կանխավարկած չի հետապնդել, ինչը սովորաբար տեղի է ունենում ընդիմության անգամ միջին կարգի գործիչների դեպքերում:
ԱԱԾ-ն միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ Դավիթ Գալստյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ և ինչպես Yerevan.Today-ին հայտնեցին հատուկ ծառայությունից՝ վաղը կքննվի խափանման միջոցը դատարանում: Իսկ ազա՞տ է նա, թե՞ ոչ, մեր տեղեկատվությունը պաշտոնապես ԱԱԾ-ից չմեկնաբանեցին:
Ավելի վաղ ԱԱԾ-ն պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությամբ հայտնել էր, որ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարներ հափշտակելու կասկածանքով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտ է բերման ենթարկվել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի նախկին խորհրդական, զենքի առքուվաճառքով զբաղվող գործարար Դավիթ Գալստյանը (մականունը՝ Պատրոն Դավո)։ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված և քննվող քրեական գործով Պատրոն Դավիթին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացման համար:
Սկանդալային գործարքներով լայն մասսային հայտնի դարձած Պատրոն Դավոն, հիշեցնենք, ըստ հրապարակումների, Հայաստանին զենքը մատակարարում է իր երկու օֆշորային ընկերությունների միջոցով, որոնք գրանցված են Վիրջինյան և Կայմանյան կղզիներում:
«Փաստաթղթերից մեկում երևում է, որ վերջնական շահառուն Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարարությունն է, որին զենք է վաճառել Դավիթ Գալստյանին պատկանող «Մոսթոն էնջիներինգը»։ Ղազախական 10 մլն 500 հազար փամփուշտները, որոնք Դավիթ Գալստյանը վաճառել է թուրքերին, հայոց բանակի առնվազն 10 տարվա պաշարն է կազմում։ Մոնոպոլիստ բիզնեսմենը, ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրներից գնելով զենք-զինամթերք, օգտվում է ԱՊՀ երկրների համար 40 տոկոսանոց զեղչից, որն այնուհետեւ վերածվում է փողի՝ ոչ ԱՊՀ անդամ Թուրքիային վաճառելիս»,- գրել էր «Փաստինֆո»-ն»։
