«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող «Մոսսթոն էնջինիերինգ» ընկերության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ Պատրոն Դավոյին առնչվող քրեական գործից:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը զենքի առուվաճառքի կոռուպցիոն գործարք է բացահայտել Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում։ Խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու կասկածանքով բերման է ենթարկվել Պատրոն Դավոն, որը նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի խորհրդականն էր։ Նկատենք, որ այս քրեական գործը հարուցված է եղել մինչեւ արցախյան պատերազմը, եւ գործի քննությունը ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում ընթանում էր:
Սակայն պատերազմից հետո ԱԱԾ-ն միանգամից այլ տեմպերով գործի անցավ, եւ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, ամեն ինչ չի ավարտվելու միայն Դավիթ Գալստյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելով: Նա միայնակ չէ ներգրավված այս գործում. նրանից բացի, Պաշտպանության նախարարության այլ պաշտոնյաների անուններ էլ կան ԱԱԾ-ի տեսադաշտում, որոնք կարող են կապ ունենալ զենքի մատակարարումների հետ: Այսպիսով, կարող ենք փաստել, որ ձերբակալությունների շարք է սկսվում, եւ շղթան ձգվում է հենց դեպի Պաշտպանության նախարարություն:
Միայն հիշեցնենք, որ Դավիթ Գալստյանը Սերժ Սագսյանի նախկին թիկնազորի պետ Վաչագան Ղազարյանի խաչքավորն է եւ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի ընկերը:
