«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
«Մարդու վերարտադրողական առողջության եւ վերարտադրողական իրավունքների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կկատարվեն։ Պարզվում է, որ գործող օրենքով նախատեսված են մի շարք սահմանափակումներ, որոնք խոչընդոտ են առաջացնում անպտղությամբ տառապող բազմաթիվ մարդկանց համար, ինչը անուղղակի ձեւով ազդում է բնակչության ծնելիության աճի վրա։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Առողջապահության նախարարությունը մտադիր է մարզերում եւ քաղաքային պոլիկլինիկաներում զարգացնել վերարտադրողական բժշկությունը, հետեւաբար նման խնդիր ունեցող զույգերը, որոնց բուժումը միջինում տեւում է 1-ից 2.5 տարի, հնարավորություն կունենան Երեւան այցելելու փոխարեն բուժումն կիրականացնեն տեղում ստեղծված ծառայությունների միջոցով:
Ի դեպ, այս որոշման նախագծում մի լրացում է արվել, ըստ որի՝ սաղմերի օգտագործման համար կսահմանվի պահպանման ժամկետ, որից հետո զույգի՝ տղամարդու, կնոջ կողմից սաղմի հետագա ճակատագիրը հստակեցնելու դիմում չներկայացնելու դեպքում բուժհաստատությունը հնարավորություն կստանա տնօրինել սաղմերը՝ ըստ իր հայեցողության` անհատույց տրամադրել այլ անպտուղ զույգի կամ ամուսնության մեջ չգտնվող կնոջ, որը կարող է կրել հղիություն: Նախագիծն այս պահին քննարկման փուլում է։
