ԱԱԾ-ն նոր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ ձեռնարկված արդյունավետ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական ու այլ դատավարական գործողությունների շրջանակներում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության «Ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր հաշվապահ Ի.Վ.-ն պատասխանատու լինելով աշխատանքային պայմանագրի շրջանակներում և ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով ընկերության գործունեության հետ կապված բոլոր գործառույթների պատշաճ իրականացման համար, մասնավորապես ապահովել գործատուի սեփականություն հանդիսացող կամ նրա ընթացիկ կառավարմանը կամ օգտագործմանը հանձնված գույքի, միջոցների, վառելիքաէներգետիկ պաշարների ու այլ նյութական արժեքների անվտանգությունն ու նրանց խնայողաբար և արդյունավետ օգտագործումը, 2019 թվականի հուլիսից մինչև 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, յուրացման եղանակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության «Ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 345.300.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը փոխանցել է իր՝ «Ամերիաբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ում և «Ինեկոբանկ» ՓԲԸ-ում բացված հաշվեհամարներին, որից հետո նույն ժամանակահատվածում կանխիկացրել է նշված գումարները և օգտագործել իր անձնական կարիքների համար՝ այդ կերպ ապօրինի, անհատույց, շահադիտական դրդումներով հափշտակել է «Ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումարները:
Վերոգրյալ հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարքը կատարելու համար Ի.Վ.-ն ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունքներ՝ վերականգնելով «Ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդությունների ազգային կենտրոն» ՓԲ ընկերությանը պատճառված վնասի մի մասը, ինչպես նաև պատրաստակամություն հայտնել սեղմ ժամկետում վերականգնել ընկերությանը պատճառված վնասն ամբողջությամբ:
Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են ակտիվ քրեադատավարական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ կոռուպցիոն սխեմայում ներգրավված անձանց ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու և նրանց արարքներին համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատականներ տալու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
