Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Թուրքիայի կողմից ռուսական ինքնաթիռ խոցելը անպատասխան չմնաց: Շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ՌԴ-ն սկսեց իր շուկայից թուրքական ապրանքների մեկուսացման գործընթացը: Մի շարք թուրքական ապրանքներ արգելվել է ներմուծել Ռուսաստան:
Սա կարելի է ասել բավականին լավ հնարավորություն է հայկական արտադրողների համար: Կարելի է ուսումնասիրել ռուսական շուկան և մեծացնել մի շարք հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման ծավալները:
Եվ ահա, թուրքական գյուղմթերքի ներմուծման սահմանափակումը նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծեց հայ արտադրողների համար։
Վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ գործադիր մարմնում շարունակվում են տեղական արտադրանքի արտահանման խթանման վերաբերյալ քննարկումները: Նիստին մասնակցել են պատասխանատու պետական գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները:
Քննարկվեց ստեղծված իրավիճակում հնարավոր պետական աջակցության մեխանիզմների կիրառելու հնարավորությունը:
Պատկան մարմինների ներկայացուցիչները հանդես եկան մի շարք առաջարկություններով, որից հետո վարչապետի կողմից ստացան հանձնարարականներ:
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ պետական աջակցությամբ և գործարար միջավայրի օպերատիվ մոբիլիզացիայի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է ավելացնել ռուսական շուկան հայկական արտադրանքով:
