Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Երեկ ԱԺ-ում հանրային քննարկում են արել ռազմարդյունաբերության զարգացման մասին։

(Սա արդեն կատակ չէ, լուրջ եմ գրում)։

Գուցե այդ լուրը որոշ միամիտ մարդկանց ոգևորի, բայց ստորև բացատրեմ, թե ինչու է սա հերթական՝ հանրային 0-ական օգտակարությամբ միջոցառում, որի միակ նպատակը նիկոլաթուրքերի դավաճանական խմբակի քաքոտ կերպարը ժավելով լվալն է հանրության միամիտ մասի աչքերում։

  1. Ռազմարդյունաբերության զարգացումը բարդ, հետևողական, համակարգված, երկարատև (տասնամյակների) աշխատանք պահանջող գործ է։

Ինչպես բազմիցս ապացուցել են նիկոլականները, միակ երկարատև ու համակարգված աշխատանքը, որն իրենց մոտ լավ է ստացվում, ատելություն սերմանելն է և խառնակչությունը։ Նաև շատ լավ կարողանում են տասնամյակների կառուցածը քանդել. բանակից սկսած, «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամով ու ԵՊՀ-ով վերջացրած։

Սրանց նույնիսկ կատու չի կարելի վստահել, որովհետև մի քանի օրից կգաք, կտեսնեք, որ կենդանին սովից սատկել է, ընդ որում սատկել է, որովհետև «նախկիններն էին մեղավոր»։

2,5 տարում նույնիսկ պատրաստի դետալներից հեռուստացույց ու սառնարան հավաքող մեկ արտադրամաս չաշխատեց սրանց կառավարած երկրում, սույն անոռ-անգլուխ ձիավորներն ի՞նչ երեսով են հիմա ռազմարդյունաբերություն քննարկում։

Ոնց որ, ասենք՝ օրը մեջ ավտովթարի մեջ ընկնող տաքսիստը, որին վաղուց զրկել են վարորդական իրավունքից, սկսի խոսել տուրիստական ավտոբուս վարելուց։

  1. Բացի տասնամյակներ տևող հետևողական ու համակարգված աշխատանքից ռազմարդյունաբերության զարգացման համար ահռելի ֆինանսական միջոցներ են պահանջվում։ Հայաստանի 2021 թվականի բյուջեում որևէ արտառոց ֆինանսական հոսքեր այդ գործին ուղղված չեն։ Տո նույնիսկ զինված ուժերին նախատեսված մասը չի փոխվել, կարծես չի եղել պատերազմ, չեն եղել ահավոր կորուստներ, որոնց շտապ վերականգնումը մեր պետության լինել-չլինելու հարց է։

Ավելին՝ այս տարվանից նիկոլաթուրքերը պատրաստվում են լրացուցիչ մեծ հարկային բեռ դնել կրթական հաստատությունների վրա։ Հետևաբար ԱԺ-ում հնչած մտքերն այն մասին, որ պետք է բնագիտական առարկաներին հատուկ զարկ տալ դպրոցում, ընդամենը օդի անիմաստ տատանումներ են։

  1. Հայաստանում ռազմարդյունաբերության կամ ցանկացած այլ բանի զարգացման, կամ գոնե եղածը պահպանելու համար անհրաժեշտ առաջնային քայլը նիկոլաթուրքերին իշխանությունից օր առաջ հեռացնել է»։
