Ավստրալիայի Հարավային Ավստրալիա նահանգը ճանաչել է Արցախի անկախությունը

Հայ դատի Ավստրալիայի հանձնախմբը տեղեկացնում է՝ Հարավային Ավստրալիան Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը ճանաչած Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային բնիկ հայերի հայրենիք ներխուժելու համար դատապարտած երկրորդ ավստրալիական նահանգն է: Ճանաչման բանաձևն ընդունվել է նահանգային խորհրդարանում։
Այս բանաձևը հաջորդում է 2020 թ. հոկտեմբերին Նոր Հարավային Ուելս նահանգի Խորհրդարանի իրավական հանձնաժողովի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևին և Ավստրալիայի ֆեդերալ կառավարությանը նույնպես կոչ է անում որպես հակամարտության մշտական լուծում եւ խուսափում հետագա ռազմական գործողությունների փորձերից՝ ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը։ Խորհրդարանական Թոմ Կոստանտոնիսը, առաջ բերելով պատմական բանաձևը, հայտարարել է. «Պանթուրքական ազգայնականության քաղաքականությունը, որը նախկինում հանգեցրել է ցեղասպանության, այժմ հետապնդվում է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևի կողմից՝ սպառնալով Արցախի հայ բնակչությանը էթնիկ զտմամբ»։
Խորհրդարանը քննարկել է նաև բանաձևի քվեարկությունը հետաձգելու հարցը, որը ձախողվել է խոսնակի կողմից։ Քննարկումները վերսկսվել են, և բանաձևը միաձայն ընդունվել է։
Հայ դատի Ավստրալիայի հանձնախմբի գործադիր տնօրեն Հայկ Կայսերյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հարավային Ավստրալիայի հայկական մշակութային միությանը՝ համայնքային մակարդակում հայկական շահերի պաշտպանության համար՝ հավելելով․ «Մենք հպարտ ենք աջակցելու համար Ադելաիդայի նվիրյալ հայ համայնքին՝ տեղում իրենց գործադրած ջանքերի շրջանակում, որոնք ապահովեցին, որպեսզի Հարավային Ավստրալիայի խորհդրարանը միանա ամբողջ աշխարհի այն օրենսդիրներին, ովքեր օժանդակում են Արցախի Հանրապետության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի օրինական գործընթացին»։
Հարավային Ավստրալիայի հայկական մշակութային միության նախագահ Էմիլ Դավիդյանն իր հերթին նշել է «այս հաջողությունը Ավստրալիայի ամբողջ հայ համայնքի երախտիքն է։ Հաճելի էր աշխատել այս հիանալի արդյունքի համար՝ հանուն Արցախի հայկական հանրապետության քույրերի ու եղբայրների»։ Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել խորհրդարանականներ Թոմ Կոստանտոնիսին և Ջայնե Սթինսոնին՝ բանաձևի առաջմղման համար և բոլոր խորհրդարանականներին՝ հանուն մարդու իրավունքների բանաձևը պաշտպանելու համար։ «Հարավային Ավստրալիայի հայ համայնքը ցանկանում է իր դերակատարությունն ունենալ Արցախի ժողովրդին աջակցելու, տարածաշրջանում առկա կարևոր հումանիտար հարցերի վրա ուշադրություն դարձնելու և հակամարտության կայուն և խաղաղ կարգավորմանը նպաստելու գործում: Համայնքը շնորհակալություն է հայտնում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր աջակցել են դրան»,-եզրափակել է նա։
