Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող Դավիթ Գալստյանը, ով առավել հայտնի է «Պատրոն Դավո» մականունով, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի խորհրդականն էր: Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարեց Դավիթ Գալստյանին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ի միջնորդությունը:  Այս թեմայով pressmedia.am  կայքը զրուցել է իրավապաշտպան Սոնա Այվազյանի հետ` պարզելու համար, թե ինչ ենթատեքստ ուներ այս կալանավորումը։

— Տիկին Այվազյան, հիմա փորձում են կոռուպցիոն գործերի քննության համար մասնագիտացված դատարաններ ձևավորել, արդյո՞ք պետք է արդյունք սպասել այս գործընթացից և այդ փոփոխություններին ուղղված ցանկացած քայլ արդեն ուշացած չէ՞:

— Նոր դատարանների ստեղծման մասով, իհարկե, ուշացած չեն, որովհետև նախատեսված  է եղել հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարությամբ, և ինչքան հասկանում եմ, նախատեսված ժամկետներում էլ ստեղծվում է։ Իսկ պե՞տք է արդյունք սպասել, իհարկե պետք է։ Այն հույսով, որ կաշխատեն այդ դատարանները և ինչ-որ բան կփոխվի։ 

— Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում փաստը, որ դատարանը կալանավորեց «Պատրոն Դավո» մականունով  Դավիթ Գալստյանին: Հնչում է տեսակետ, թե սրանով Փաշինյանը փորձում է որոշակի մեղքեր  ուղղորդել դեպի ՊՆ: Ի՞նչ ենթատեքստ ուներ այս կալանավորումը։

— Գիտե՞ք, մեկի մեղքը ուրիշի վրա գցել չի լինի, այսինքն, եթե մեկը մեղավոր է, և եթե նրան բռնում են, դա չի նշանակում, որ ուրիշի վրայից մեղքը հանվում է։ Ամեն մեկը իր պատասխանատվության շրջանակներում պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի և չեմ կարող ասել, այդ քննությունը պետք է ընթանա և պարզվի այդ մարդու մեղքը։  Բնականաբար, ես չեմ կարծում, որ դա իրենից մեղք գցելու խնդիր է լուծում, որովհետև  վաղ թե ուշ յուրաքանչյուրը  իր արածի և չարածի  համար պետք է կանգնի դատավճռի առաջ։ Եվ եթե այդ խնդիրը, որը որ նկարագրվում է, եղել է, ապա պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի իր արածի համար։
