Հիշում եք, չէ՞, որ 2020 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին դավադիր սրիկան Արցախյան պատերազմից առաջ միամիտ ժողովրդի զգոնությունը շարունակաբար բթացնելու համար հերթական «100 փաստ» ստերի հավաքածուն էր հրապարակում։
Հիշում եք, չէ՞, «փաստ համար 68-ը՝ Բրիտանական «Էկոնոմիստ Ինթելիջենս Յունիթ» հետազոտական և խորհրդատվական ընկերության կողմից հրապարակված «Ժողովրդավարության համաթիվ 2019» զեկույցում Հայաստանն իր դիրքը կտրուկ բարելավել է»։
Ուրեմն ասեմ, իմանաք։
2 օր առաջ հրապարակվել է Բրիտանական «Էկոնոմիստ Ինթելիջենս Յունիթ»-ի 2020 թվականի Ժողովրդավարության Համաթիվը, որով Հայաստանը վատթարացրել է իր գնահատականը եւ նահանջ է արձանագրել սանդղակում՝ 86-ից 89-ը։
Բայց ամենահետաքրքիրը առջեւում է։
Հայաստանի մասին զեկույցում նվիրված է նաեւ հետեւյալ գնահատականը. «Հայաստանի միավորը 2020 թվականին զգալիորեն նվազել է։ Ադրբեջանի հետ պատերազմի արդյունքում Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ռազմական դրություն հայտարարեց, որը զգալիորեն սահմանափակեց քաղաքացիների ազատությունները, ներառյալ արտահայտվելու ազատությունը։ Անգամ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո ռազմական դրությունը շարունակվեց եւ օգտագործվեց որպես առիթ՝ հակակառավարական ցույցերը ցրելու եւ ընդդիմության առաջնորդներին ձերբակալելու համար»։
