Իմ նկատմամբ անհիմն քրեական հետապնդում սկսելուց և արդյունքում ինձ ապօրինի կարգով ազատությունից զրկելուց հետո, տարբեր լրատվական հարթակներում սկսել են տարածել իմ անձին վերաբերող կեղծ և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ։ Մասնավորապես, տարբեր լրատվության միջոցներում տեղ են գտել չճշտված տեղեկություններ այն մասին, որ ես հանդիսացել եմ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի խորհրդական։
Հայտնում եմ, որ ես երբևէ չեմ հանդիսացել որևէ նախարարի խորհրդական, երբեք չեմ զբաղեցրել որևէ պաշտոն, ինչպես ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, այնպես էլ պետական այլ գերատեսչություններում։ Այս կեղծ տեղեկությունների տարածումը նպատակ է հետապնդում ստեղծել տպավորություն, որ ես իբր ի պաշտոնե ՊՆ-ի աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ ունեցել եմ ազդեցություն և ինձ մեղսագրվող հանցագործությունները կատարելիս օգտագործել եմ հենց այդ լիազորությունները։
Կռահելով, թե որ անձանց շրջանակներին է ձեռնտու նման կեղծ տեղեկությունների տարածումը և վստահ լինելով, որ քրեական գործի քննության ընթացքում հերքվելու են ինչպես այդ, այնպես էլ նախաքննության մարմնի կողմից հրապարակված այլ տվյալները՝ հորդորում եմ նման լուրեր տարածողներին, այսուհետ ձեռնպահ մնալ այդպիսի գործելաոճից, հակառակ դեպքում ստիպված կլինեմ ձեռնարկել օրենքով սահմանված միջոցներ։
Կարծում եմ, որ այդ անձինք, հավանաբար, գիտակցում են, որ նման կեղծ լուրերի տարածումը ուղղակի վնաս է հասցնում նաև մեր զինված ուժերի բարձր հեղինակությանը։
