Ամերիկացի վիրաբույժներն առաջին անգամ հաջողությամբ փոխպատվաստել են տղամարդու դեմքը և երկու ձեռքերը

Ամերիկացի վիրաբույժներն աշխարհում առաջին անգամ հաջող վիրահատություն են կատարել հիվանդի դեմքի եւ երկու ձեռքերի միաժամանակյա փոխպատվաստմամբ, որն այրվածքներից տուժել էր ավտոմեքենայի վթարի հետեւանքով: Այդ մասին հաղորդել է Associated Press գործակալությունը: Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականին Նյու Ջերսիի բնակիչ Ջո Դիմեոն տուն էր վերադառնում գիշերային հերթափոխից եւ քնել էր ղեկին: Նրա ավտոմեքենան մխրճվել է պարսպի մեջ, շրջվել եւ բռնկվել է: Նա մարմնի 80 տոկոսի այրվածքներ էր ստացել:
Վթարից հետո Դիմեոն չորս ամիս անցկացրել է հիվանդանոցում եւ 20 վիրահատություն տարել: Նա զրկվել է ձեռքերի մատներից, կոպերից, իսկ նրա դեմքի եւ պարանոցի վրա սպիներ էին մնացել, որոնք դժվարացնում էին շարժվելը: 2019 թվականին բժիշկները որոշում են ընդունում մահացած դոնորից դեմքի եւ ձեռքերի փոխպատվաստման մասին Վիրահատության ժամանակ, որը տեւել է 23 ժամ, փոխպատվաստել են տուժածի ամբողջ մաշկը եւ կռճիկները՝ մինչեւ պարանոց, այտոսկրային աղեղները, քթոսկրերը եւ ստորին ծնոտը: Փոխպատվաստումից կես տարի անց Դիմեոն կրկին կարողացել է աչքերը թարթել, բարձրանցնել հոնքերը, դեմքը կնճռոտել, ինչպես նաեւ ինքնուրույն հագնվել, խաղալ շան հետ եւ նույնիսկ գոլֆ խաղալ: Բայց հյուսվածքների անջատումը կանխելու համար պետք է, որ նա ամբողջ կյանքում իմունոդեպրեսանտներ ընդունի, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
