Հադրութը հանձնելու՞ են. «Հրապարակ»

«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
Մի քանի օր է՝ Արցախից լուրեր ենք ստանում, որ Հադրութում ադրբեջանցիներն անխնա վայրագություններ են անում, քանդում, այրում են տներ, զանգվածային թալան է։ Արցախում դա բացատրում են նրանով, որ Ադրբեջանը շուտով կորցնելու է Հադրութը, այն անցնելու է ռուսների վերահսկողության տակ, ու դրա համար են թալանում, ուզում են ավերակ դարձրած հանձնել։
Երեկ Վիտալի Բալասանյանի կուսակից, Արցախի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Դավիթ Գալստյանը մեզ ասաց, թե ինքն էլ է Հադրութում տներ այրելու, քանդելու մասին խոսակցություններ «ժամանակ առ ժամանակ» լսել, բայց թե դա ինչ նպատակով է արվում, չի կարող ասել։ «Մենք չգիտենք՝ ռուսներին հանձնելու նախադրյալներ կա՞ն, թե՞ չկան, քանի որ այսօր էլ մեր արտաքին քաղաքականությունը վարում են ՀՀ պարտված, խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիոն փաստաթուղթ ստորագրած իշխանությունները։ Մենք էլ ամեն կերպ փորձում ենք հասկանալ, թե ինչ են նրանք մտածում Արցախի մասով»,- ասաց նա։
