«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.

Աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում նոր նախարարի՝ Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանի նշանակումից հետո բուռն կադրային փոփոխություններ են ընթանում։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ նախարարությունը պատրաստվում է լքել նաեւ Սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության պետը՝ Անի Ամիրշադյանը, ով այս պաշտոնին է նշանակվել Զարուհի Բաթոյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ՝ 2019 թվականին: Այսինքն՝ նոր նախարարը կենսաթոշակային համակարգը որոշել է ազատել ե՛ւ հին կադրից՝ փոխնախարար Սմբատ Սաիյանից, նրան նշանակելով նախարարի խորհրդական՝ հետագայում ճանապարհելու մտադրությամբ, ե՛ւ նոր կադրից՝ Անի Ամիրշադյանից։ Գուցե այստեղ դեր է խաղացել նորանշանակ նախարարի որոշումը, երբ անսպասելիորեն փոխեց ինտեգրված ծառայությունների գրասենյակի մասին հաստատված որոշումը եւ այդ գրասենյակը կցեց սոցապծառայությանը։ Ծառայությունն ապագայում ոչ միայն զբաղվելու է կենսաթոշակներ տրամադրելու հարցը կարգավորելով՝ վարչարարությամբ, այլ նաեւ հաշմանդամության խումբ է տրամադրելու, գնահատելու է նպաստի կարիքները, զբաղվածության ծրագրեր է իրականացնելու։

Մեր աղբյուրն ասում է, որ Ամիրշադյանի համար բավականին տհաճ քննարկումից հետո հասունացել է ազատման դիմում գրելու որոշումը, թեեւ նա հերքում է դա։ Անի Ամիրշադյանը խոսնակի միջոցով մեզ փոխանցեց, որ «դիմում չի գրել, իսկ եթե նման բան լինի, ապա դրա մասին կտեղեկացնի»։ Սոցապծառայության պետի թեկնածու առայժմ չկա, որովհետեւ դժվար է գտնել մարդու, որը միաժամանակ հասկանում է ե՛ւ կենսաթոշակներից, ե՛ւ հաշմանդամությունից, ե՛ւ զբաղվածությունից, ե՛ւ աղքատության հաղթահարումից, այսինքն՝ ունիվերսալ է։
